DENVER (AP) — As tens of thousands of people gather to celebrate and smoke marijuana in Denver, police will be out in full force.
But it’s not the pot smoking they’re concerned about at the yearly event, billed as the nation’s largest April 20 celebration. Instead, police say they’re focused on crowd security in light of attacks that killed three at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
Disrupting the Borg is expensive and time consuming!

Now, if this were a gathering of tens of thousands of boozed-up drunks, then I’d be worried. But marijuana smokers? Nah. They might fight over munchies, but that’s it.
Don’t be silly Steven they are not celebrating “HItler’s Birthday”… come one dude that’s just too much. Bet there isn’t a single skin head nazi among that crowd. Pot is harmless and it usually makes people harmless unlike alcohol.

Of course Cannabis is not harmless. There are many long term health risks from smoking or eating pot.

Well, if they’re worried about violence, Colorado could always just ban gun ownership if you’ve ever smoked pot.
That should clear guns out of the entire state.
