Expert Forecast Update

It has been 15 years since leading British experts announced the demise of snow.

Snowfalls are now just a thing of the past

Monday 20 March 2000

According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”.

“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

The effects of snow-free winter in Britain are already becoming apparent.

We can add Dr David Viner to that growing list of fools ; that fail all predictions !
There is some professional responsibility to Society in making such predictions ; there is more than just a reputation at stake ; such misinformation can effect everyone .

Viner and many others are accomplices to manslaughter minimum and possible at this stage premeditated Murder 1. However Sociopathic Socialists are never concerned about how many they have to kill to reach their Marxist Utopia.

…over 5 million British households currently suffer ‘fuel poverty’ – and with steeply rising energy prices, this number is likely to increase…. Each winter, fuel poverty is responsible for anything between 20,000 and 50,000 premature deaths, making it the most common preventable cause of death after smoking.

Only around 200 vulnerable people may actually die of hypothermia, but the majority of winter deaths are due to health conditions that are aggravated by a cold, damp environment – such as respiratory infections, asthma, heart disease and stroke. Yet countries with more severe winters than Britain manage to have less seasonal variation of mortality….

To add insult to injury those on pensions or impoverished are charged the most for energy. A wee bit of price gouging?…

The pressures of fuel poverty can be most acute for those who have no choice but to pay for their energy through a pre-payment meter. And as explained in detail elsewhere on this website, consumers using a pre-payment meter nearly always have to pay a higher unit rate for their energy, sometimes up to three times more….

Is it any wonder UKIP is now making inroads on the UK political scene?

Guess you are getting some now. We are just getting ice. I would prefer snow.

    How exciting!

They have no shame, no apologies for bad forecasts, no reexamination of their ‘information’ which gave such poor forecasts.

In science, the theory MUST forecast incoming data conditions accurately or it is tossed and the CO2 as the main driver of heat has to be dumped. Instead, they cling to it like rats on a life raft.

Changing the Global Warming Metaphor by PETER BELMONT
    http://www.counterpunch.org/2015/01/14/changing-the-global-warming-metaphor/print
“…To make the problems as small as possible, we should reduce the size of mankind–reduce the global human population–by as much as we can, say to 50% of today’s population. Because the process of neutralizing GHGs is likely to require the use of natural lands–unbuilt and presently non-agricultural lands–to serve as “engines” for neutralization, through the growth of new forests for example. And at present. our over-the-top human population is carrying us in the other direction, the direction of clearing the Amazonian forests and other forests in the pursuit of land for cattle raising and building-products, and both of these and other similar reasons all arise from over-population.”

    • Gail Combs says:

Other wise known as the ‘Wildlands Project” which will confiscate 50% of USA land and make it off limits to humans. Much of the rest of the land in the USA will be ‘limited access’ Humans will be squashed into Transit Villages (Light blue green areas)

It is part of the UN Biodiversity Treaty that the USA did not sign but Bill Clinton and Al Gore decided to implement anyway via piecemeal legislation.

The bills and laws can be seen here:

This map was compiled from documents at the United Nation’s Geneva Headquarters in 1994. It was produced and shown to The United States Senate as they prepared to vote on the Global Bio-Diversity Treaty. The Global Bio-Diversity treaty was ready to pass until Congress saw the map above. The treaty failed because it could not be brought to the floor for a vote. The good news is that the treaty failed…The bad news is this program is being implemented aggressively through ICLEI as Sustainable Development/Conservation Programs by unelected bureaucrats.

HA! Just as one example. Laredo, TX has grown and is growing at a phenomenal rate. It has to be the busiest commercial trucking port between the US and Mexico and with the new fracking boom the I-35 corridor between Laredo and San Antonio which was once not much more than open scrub, mesquite, and cactus country is now nearly unrecognizable because so much has been built there in just the last 5 years! So I think we can write off that map above as nothing but pure fantasy.

          …..

I really wish we could. However I was just in a brand new ‘Transit village’ this weekend. Areas were still under construction. Houses 6 feet from the road and from each other no front lawn or back lawn. No garages, no driveways, roads so narrow that when the cars are parked I could barely drive through. It had the shops incorporated in it too.

North Carolina is not NYC or northern New Jersey. We only have a population of 9.8 million, the same as NYC for the entire state. Why are they building new single houses at 20 or more to the acre? Especially when there is tons of land on either side with nothing but a farm house or two?

It is all done in the name of ‘Sustainability’

From the Wall Street Journal: California Declares War on Suburbia: Planners want to herd millions into densely packed urban corridors. It won’t save the planet but will make traffic even worse. Unfortunately the Progressives here in NC are also implementing the same crap policy.

Heck in my filling cabinet I have the Draft Plan for Development for my area. My farm is in the area designated as a green way wild life corridor.

Texas may have tossed the idiots out but not everyone has.

More States Pass Anti-Agenda 21 Legislation to Protect Private Property Rights
This lists states that have passed anti-Agenda 21 laws and then goes on to say

Academia and universities in places like Bejing, Sydney, Paris and New York will conduct and fund Agenda 21 projects on mega-city sustainability. Most of the $1 trillion allotted will go to projects in turbine, solar, biofuel and geothermal energy.

As far as Ki-moon is concerned, the money from corporations and governments cannot come at a better time. Ki-moon claims that “words must translate into action” with regard to moving the environmental governance agenda forward.

Ki-moon says that since the first UNCSD, the incremental slide toward total global governance has spawned UN conventions on climate change, biodiversity and desertification, as well as the Agenda 21 blueprint for sustainable development, yet “progress has been too slow – we have not gone far enough down the road. We are now in sight of a historic agreement – the world is waiting to see if words will translate into action, as we know they must.”

          So it AIN”T DEAD!
