Gavin created the fastest warming place on Earth in the Arctic, primarily with imaginary data. Note that the 2-4C warming red area inside the oval is almost entirely fabricated from gray “missing data”

If we look closer at 250 km plot, we can see that regions of the 2-4C area were actually measured as blue – meaning they were cooling, not warming

So basically, Gavin and Tom make up fake raw +4C data, extrapolate it out into regions which have no data, ignore the cooling regions, and report to the press a record temperature by 0.02 degrees.

The reason why NASA/NCDC surface data doesn’t match satellite data, is because their surface data is fraudulent

      1. THEFT, EMBEZZLEMENT, RECEIPT OF STOLEN PROPERTY, PROPERTY DESTRUCTION, AND OFFENSES INVOLVING FRAUD OR DECEIT

      Introductory Commentary

      These sections address basic forms of property offenses: theft, embezzlement, fraud, forgery, counterfeiting (other than offenses involving altered or counterfeit bearer obligations of the United States), insider trading, transactions in stolen goods, and simple property damage or destruction. (Arson is dealt with separately in Chapter Two, Part K (Offenses Involving Public Safety)). These guidelines apply to offenses prosecuted under a wide variety of federal statutes, as well as offenses that arise under the Assimilative Crimes Act.

      §2B1.1. Larceny, Embezzlement, and Other Forms of Theft; Offenses Involving Stolen Property; Property Damage or Destruction; Fraud and Deceit; Forgery; Offenses Involving Altered or Counterfeit Instruments Other than Counterfeit Bearer Obligations of the United States

      (a) Base Offense Level:

      (1) 7, if (A) the defendant was convicted of an offense referenced to this guideline; and (B) that offense of conviction has a statutory maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years or more; or

      13. Application of Subsection (b)(17).—

      19. Departure Considerations.—

      (A) Upward Departure Considerations.—There may be cases in which the offense level determined under this guideline substantially understates the seriousness of the offense. In such cases, an upward departure may be warranted. The following is a non-exhaustive list of factors that the court may consider in determining whether an upward departure is warranted:

      (i) A primary objective of the offense was an aggravating, non-monetary objective. For example, a primary objective of the offense was to inflict emotional harm.

      (ii) The offense caused or risked substantial non-monetary harm. For example, the offense caused physical harm, psychological harm, or severe emotional trauma, or resulted in a substantial invasion of a privacy interest (through, for example, the theft of personal information such as medical, educational, or financial records). An upward departure would be warranted, for example, in an 18 U.S.C. § 1030 offense involving damage to a protected computer, if, as a result of that offense, death resulted. An upward departure also would be warranted, for example, in a case involving animal enterprise terrorism under 18 U.S.C. § 43, if, in the course of the offense, serious bodily injury or death resulted, or substantial scientific research or information were destroyed.

    Little diamonds are the stations now used. The one and only Canadian station in the far north is in the “Garden Spot of the Arctic’ KNOWN for its warm climate.

      Garden spot? That is not really the issue. The trend would be the question. In any case, you have motivated me to grab the data from that station, Eureka, as well as the others such as Alert, Resolute, Sach’s Harbour, etc. to see what they say.

    What is most peculiar about all this is that Canada is imposing CO2 taxes on itself and above all other nations on earth, they have the most to fear from another Ice Age!

    If it cools considerably, Canada will be under a mile of ice from shore to shore except for a very, very narrow passage on the West Coast.

    So why is Canada worried about global warming? Even Russia has less worries about Ice Ages compared to Canada.

      Like in many other countries Canadian lefties are loons and also like other countries our politicians are whores who will glean onto any bullshit cause of the day and seize it as their own to hopefully ride to power.
      It is a great place to live but we have our fair share of nuts 😉

      They are building up to that unfortunately.

      They show videos of kids being blown up for being skeptics and people are horrified.

      Scientists call for the death penalty for ‘Deniers’ and people are horrified.

      Rinse and repeat and repeat and repeat until such things become a yawn and then they can be implemented with no real horror from the masses.

      Remember in the 1950s when swear words and sex were not mentioned on radio, TV or in schools? Now we have 10 year olds practicing putting condoms on cucumbers in our schools, songs that are one filthy word after another on the radio at all times of the day.

      And worse, our daughters have been targeted. The Girl Scouts have undergone what they describe as a “complete transformation” starting in 2003 by joining with Planned Parenthood.

      For the past one hundred years, parents have readily sent their daughters to Girl Scout meetings believing that they were being taught a number of useful talents and wholesome character qualities and for many years that many have been true, but not anymore.

      In the past year, a number of people have been coming forward with information that ties Girl Scouts United States of America with Planned Parenthood even though the organization’s leadership denies the association. But the evidence says otherwise.

      Sharon Slater, president of Family Watch International wanted to know more about the association with Planned Parenthood and exactly what the sex education program the Girl Scouts were teaching contained.

      In March 2010, the United Nations held a conference on women’s rights. One of the workshops at the conference was sponsored by the Girl Scouts and Slater tried to attend by sitting in the back, but was told it was for girls only and was escorted out of the room. When the workshop ended and the doors opened, she managed to slip in and pick up one of the handouts that were given to the attendees.

      Slater was shocked when she saw the content of the twenty page brochure which was titled, <b.Happy, Healthy and Hot.</b. Besides containing contact information for the International Planned Parenthood Federation, the brochure also contained what Slater described as sexually explicit information which included statements telling girls that any form of sexual activity they desire to engage in is permissible and that if a girl knows she has HIV, that it is up to her discretion on whether or not she wants to tell a potential sexual partner of her illness or not.

      After Slater wrote about this on the Family Watch International webpage, Girl Scouts USA issued a statement denying any association with Planned Parenthood or with the Happy, Healthy and Hot brochure. Since then, Slater and several other concerned parents have conducted further investigation into the Girl Scouts’ association with Planned Parenthood and have placed information and documentation to back up their claims on their website…

        When my daughter went for freshman orientation at the University of Wisconsin – Madison the summer of 1992 she came home with a bag full of brochures. One was titled “On With Condom” a play on words for our state song “On Wisconsin” wherein it glowingly told her that oral sex would be much more enjoyable with flavored syrup.

        Our friends on the left have been at it for a long time.

    I think science can and will get worse than this, but it will take some time for them to figure out how.
    Next years report would be a good guess as to how much time they will need, but I would not want to misunderestimate them.
