As responsible citizens of the planet, North Korea keeps their carbon footprint very low. This keeps their river frozen, so that starving North Koreans can walk across the river and eat people in China. Greens hope to lower our carbon footprint to North Korean levels.

I think North Korean soldiers are demanding food from Chinese accross the border and stealing their money. I have heard about the cannibalism and the eating of rats, snakes and grass. It wouldn’t surprise me as such things happened in Europe during times of war and famine past.
