Satellite Denier Brags About Satellites

This guy doesn’t believe satellite temperatures, then tells me that Gavin knows 1970’s temperatures better than the National Academy of Sciences did in the 1970s.

He’s got a bad case of cognitive dissonance.

  2. Dave N says:

Apparently today’s satellites (and computers) can look back into the 1940s and tell us the temps were cooler than first thought; now that is power.

There was an alternative approach to rational thought, that taken by Plato (c. 429–347 B.C.). Plato believed in the reality of a world of Forms, Forms of everything from “the God” to a table, which was eternal and unchanging in contrast to the transient world here below. This world could be grasped, after an arduous intellectual journey of which only a few were capable, by means of reason. So “real” were the Forms that even the observations of the senses must be discarded if they conflicted with a Form as it was eventually discovered. “We shall approach astronomy, as we do geometry, by way of problems, and ignore what is in the sky, if we intend to get a real grasp of astronomy,” as Plato put it in The Republic. —

      Somethings never change.

“It is a data set which has been revealed to Him and taught to Him by the great mighty one Hansen, then He stood straight and He appeared on the alphabet channels He then grew shriller and shriller until He was as close to retirement as the distance of two elections, or even less.”

  4. SMS says:

I’ve mentioned this before, but if surface instrumentation is that improved, why are the adjustments to the temperature record increasing?

  5. Menicholas says:

Because any data that does not show rapid and unprecedented warming is obviously of poor quality and must be “improved”.

Thanks to keen insight and ability of a few talented bloggers like yourself to communicate to the public, “The Great Social Experiment of 1945-2015” has ended.

This signals the end to seventy years of fraudulent, lock-step propaganda disguised as “peer-reviewed science”.

The Problem: Totalitarian rule by world leaders and puppet scientists for the past seventy years (1945-2015):

      1. Obscured the Sun’s control over every atom, life and world in the solar system.

      2. Destroyed the integrity of science and constitutional limits on government.

      3. Left society unprepared to survive 1 AU (astronomical unit) from a pulsar.

Mitt Romney Does The Rare Triple Flip-Flop: Global Warming Is “Real And A Major Problem”

I could have told you that this was predictable. The one that hired the radical leftist John Holdren as his “Climate Chnage Adviser,” and bullsh|tted and equivocated about climate change throughout his 2012 campaign, now has again gone full bore leftist on us. Mitt Romney becomes warmist again! Resurrects his Massachusetts stance on global warming – ‘Now sounds more Al Gore than Bain Capital’

Rare ‘diamond dust’ spotted in Suffolk – while freezing temperatures and snow are expected to hit East Anglia this week
…..The so-called diamond dust, small ice crystals floating in fog, was spotted in Eye, in Suffolk, this morning.

The ground-level cloud is rare in this country, according to UEA-based Weatherquest forecaster Steve Western, who said it can give a beautiful “twinkling” effect.

So, man is responsible for CO2 and the climate change that that brings. Got it. Then man is responsible for the cooling over the last 5 years. Oh, that’s right – we’re not supposed to look at what the satellites are telling us (last year was the hottest ever). Never mind. Back to satellite denial.
