I would have thought last January was colder
I wish the rest of you would send some cold my way. I’m about to lose my ice fishing tournament because the ice is melting.
You are on the wrong side of the Continental Divide.
And Great Lakes ice is running above normal, even ahead of last year. Looks to be in 10th highest place, as well, for this time of year.

Looks like my bet that ice extent on the Great Lakes this year would beat last year is going to be correct. Pure speculative luck if it turns out that way.
We could get a high number but it will be very tough to beat last year’s maximum of 92.19%.

All this is proof positive that GLO-BULL warming is real and worse than we thought since the satanic molecule is now manifesting itself in record cold … we are almost out of time to shut down all industry and go live in a cave!
