UN Two State Solutions From 1948

President Obama wants the UN to impose a two state solution on Israel.

The UN tried that in 1948, and the Arabs responded by trying to “drive the Jews into the sea.”

But it wasn’t their only brilliant two state solution from 1948

Have the UN / Obama confirm which language it is to be understood in. Found in looking for “Peace Treaty” defined in Arabic.

For it turns out there are three different words in Arabic for “peace.” Only one of them is for real. And it’s not the one used at Annapolis, just like it wasn’t the one used at Camp David II, Oslo, or Camp David I. All failed a linguistic test, a test which any real Arab-Israeli agreement must pass, the Test of Suhl.

The three Arabic words translated as “peace” in English are salaam, hudna, and suhl.

Salaam is the peace of submission. It’s the drawn out pronunciation of “slm” in “Islam,” (written Arabic has no vowels) the Arabic word for submission and obedience, and in “Moslem” or “Muslim,” the Arabic word for “one who submits.”
There is peace, salaam, among Moslems when they submit to Allah and the teachings of the Koran. There is peace, salaam, between Moslems and kafirs, infidels, only when the latter submit to the rule of the former. In other words, salaam, Moslem peace, is not the absence of violence as it is for us, but the absence of disobedience. Just like it was for the Communists.

Hudna, the second Arabic word translated in English as “peace,” means cease-fire, a temporary truce.
When the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, for example, proposes a hudna with Israel, it’s hailed in the Western media as a peace proposal. It is instead a tactical, temporary break in hostilities, giving Moslems time to re-organize, re-arm, then renew the Jihad against the kafirs when they can be most caught off-guard.

Suhl, the third Arabic term for “peace,” is the most interesting, the one we must insist on Arabs using, the one they always avoid and refuse to use. Suhl means reconciliation.
The Encyclopedia of Islam describes sulh as a concept of Islamic sharia law: The purpose of sulh is to end conflict and hostility among believers so that they may conduct their relationships in peace and amity….In Islamic law, sulh is a form of contract (aqd), legally binding on both the individual and community levels. Note that it applies only between believers. Once again, it’s deuces wild with unbelievers.

Words mean something, even in arabic.
Someone is really mad and petty about an election result and having to wipe a big egg off his face.

    • Gail Combs says:

There can NEVER EVER be peace with Islam. Only a tactical cease fire. Islam does not recognize any contract with an unbeliever as valid. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

If our state department does not know this they are not LISTENING or they are trying to blow smoke.

    • omanuel says:

The creation of Israel in 1948 played a key role in plans for totalitarian control of the globe, but I have not yet figured out how that piece of the puzzle fits.

  2. Gail Combs says:

As I keep saying Obummer is a Muslim.

    • annieoakley says:

I have said the same since he began to run for the Presidency. Don’t see how anyone can see him as anything else.

    • DD More says:

      You and plenty others.
Admiral James A. “Ace” Lyons (U.S. Navy, Ret.), former Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Pacific Fleet, said that under the administration of Barack Obama, the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated all of the National Security Agencies of the United States.
He even referenced the head of the Central Intelligence Agency John Brennan as a Muslim convert, though he did not say his name.
Now, this isn’t new information. We’ve been covering this for years. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) got raked over the coals for calling it out and specifically pointing out the Muslim Brotherhood agent Huma Abedin, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s chief deputy advisor.

Some of those we have exposed in the Obama administration are:
Arif Alikhan – Assistant Secretary for Policy Development for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Mohammed Elibiary – Former Homeland Security Adviser
Rashad Hussain – Special Envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC)
Salam al-Marayati – Obama Adviser and founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council and is its current executive director
Imam Mohamed Magid – Obama’s Sharia Czar from the Islamic Society of North America
Eboo Patel – Advisory Council on Faith-Based Neighborhood Partnerships

Add in Senior Advisor to the President, Valerie Jarrett and her connection to Iran.
But we are expected to believe O is not, when his ‘father’, mother and step-father all were.

    • omanuel says:

Thanks for the video. It confirms the UN’s role in establishing one religious state – Israel – out Palistine.

Is the UN a proponent of one religion over others?

That is the part I do not understand.

      • gator69 says:

Apparently you had the sound off. There was never an Arab state there. Israel is the third Jewish state at this location, and it allows all religions.

After the Holocaust, good men said, “Never again”.

        • omanuel says:

No, I had the sound on and heard what seemed a very biased presentation of history:

Hitler’s mistreatment of Jews justified exclusion of non-Jewish Palestians from Israel?

That sounds like a repeat of Hitler’s mistake.

        • gator69 says:

Got it wrong again Ollie. The Jews did not exclude the nonexistent demographic of Palestinians.

Maybe you need to read up on ancient history. 5000 years of Jewish settlements, versus 0 years of ‘Palestinians’.

You sound like a repeat of Hitler’s mistake.

        • gator69 says:

To an idiot, a child rape victim may sound biased.

Spam another blog, and I’ll leave it at that, for now.

    Netanyahu’s False Narrative of Self-Defense

    The Six-Day War

The day before he delivered that controversial address, Netanyahu expressed similar sentiments to AIPAC, Israel’s powerful U.S. lobby. He reiterated the claim that Israel acted in the 1967 Six-Day War “to defend itself.” The narrative that Israel attacked Egypt, Syria, and Jordan in self-defense, seizing the Palestinian territories in the West Bank, Gaza, Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, and the Sinai Peninsula in 1967, has remained largely unquestioned in the public discourse. Israel relies on that narrative to continue occupying those Palestinian lands. And the powerful film “Censored Voices,” which premiered at Sundance in February, does not challenge that narrative.

But declassified high-level documents from Britain, France, Russia and the United States reveal that Egypt, Syria, and Jordan were not going to attack Israel and Israel knew it. In fact, they did not attack Israel. Instead, Israel mounted the first attack in order to decimate the Egyptian army and take the West Bank.

  4. Andy DC says:

Another two state solution was tried in Vietnam during 1954. Didn’t work out very well either.

  5. kuhnkat says:

I would suggest that the partition of Germany was substantially completed by the Conference at Yalta between the US, GB, and the Soviets in 1945. Alger Hiss, a third string US State Department nobody invited by FDR, who turned out to be a Soviet agent verified through the Venona decryptions, played a starring role there as he did in setting up the UN with its Charter based on the Soviet model. That is, all rights coming from the State/Organization, NOT from Natural Law or God.

As for Israel, in 1948 the British announced it was ending its mandate over the area and Israel declared its independence. The UN just rubber stamped what happened as they could not decide what to do with this hot potatoe left over from the League of Nations, after Israel kicked Muslim rear. In 1967 they kicked some more Muslim rear and should have annexed the territory gained in battle as it was OK under International Law at the time. The Israeli leaders wanted PEACE more than land so did NOT annex Gaza and the West Bank. They traded the Sinai back to Egypt for a signature on a Peace Treaty. The Egyptian who signed was assassinated by Muslim Brotherhood as a warning not to make Peace with Israel.

  6. Lance says:

The UN did not create Israel. Israel existed 5000 years before the UN. Israel existed before Muslims ever breathed air. Here’s a 2 state solution: Send the Muslims back to Egypt, and Saudi where they came from and that, within historically provable boundaries. IOTW, yes, please, let us all have historical boundaries. But let us date them with some semblance of accuracy.

  7. Fred Wlech says:

The jews have a way of making thier god very unhappy. Half of them were slaughtered and not a stone left standing from thier temple two thousand years ago. Because they killed gods son .if god was ready for the jews to have their homeland back he would have sent Michael in with the jaw bone of an ass and had it back in a fort night.

  8. Israel has no ‘right’ to exist.

Eeeek I hear you say…but maybe you should consider it like this.

If, eighteen hundred years from now the rulers of the world are….just for the sake of argument, the Nigerians and the Nigerians decide, for reasons of their own that the Native American Tribes who originally owned say…Florida should be given that land back.
Gratefully the descendants of the Seminole return to their ancient homeland and proceed to drive all those people who have been living there for 1800 years out.
Try the same thought experiment for Sydney and the Aboriginals….or California and the Spanish, maybe the Nigerians might decide that New Orleans should be returned to the French….see?

I love the tangles people (usually of right wing viewpoints) get into trying to justify why it’s OK Palestinians should have been cast out of their home for two millennia so that the former occupants can return.
Maybe it’s a Biblical thing…you know the rupture and all that nonsense. But if you are a logical scientific person then the only conclusion you can reasonably come to is that Jews should be freely permitted to live safely in Palestine which they consider to be their homeland. As indeed was the case during the 2000 years after Titus destroyed the Temple.

  9. Global Warming which is utter bullshit has become a sacred cow of the Left and Israel likewise for the Right.
Frankly I don’t give a fuck for left or right, some of my views are to the right of Ghengis Khan and others to the Left of Michael Bakunin.
I take issues as they come, on face value and do my best to take a reasonable, humane approach.
I like this website because it calls out the Global Warming Fraudsters…it depresses the living shit out of me that it is pro Israel.

  10. Beale says:

What proposal would you have put forward? In the case of Israel, I can’t see that there were any good options.
