More taxes, more regulation to fund more science studies, more IPCC reports and more Global Conferences is the only way to prevent this abusive saturation of carbon dioxide.
I’ve put a lot of miles on trucks transiting Missouri. There are two problems I have had to deal with when driving in Missouri far more than any other problems. Ice in the winter and thunderstorms and high winds or tornados in the spring. Same goes of Arkansas. But Arkansas is worse because they seem to have the attitude that God put it there and so he can make it go away.
