  1. R. Shearer says:

If one is wondering about the haze seen in the first two pictures, most of it is due to the Beaver Creek fire burning near Walden, CO.

    • Scott says:

I think the point was that CO2 is odorless and COLORLESS as a gas.
      Just sayin’…

      • Colorado Wellington says:

The point of the comment was that the carbon pollution horror is normally much worse than in Tony’s recording because on a typical Boulder day it is not hazy and we can see the power plant in all its terrifying clarity.

The haze from the Beaver Creek wildfire obscures the view a bit so while progressive residents still know the man-killing monster is there they are not as frightened as they would be on a clear day.

      • R. Shearer says:

It tastes pretty good though, especially when burped.

  2. Rick K says:

    Excellent, Tony.

  3. Colorado Wellington says:

This is not quite 10 minutes but it shows in graphic detail the horror of summer heat and humidity described by the recent Longmont Times-Call editorial.

The City of Boulder still doesn’t have a cooling shelter so frightened, suffering residents have to be transported all the way to Superior to cool off during sweltering summer heatwaves.

    • R. Shearer says:

Superior Liquor is my favorite cooling shelter.

      • Colorado Wellington says:

You are right, I shouldn’t have omitted one of the coolest and most respected healthcare facilities in the greater metro area.

And the menace of carbon dioxide notwithstanding, I confess it tastes very good and burping is my favorite form of releasing it.

        I can’t stand flat brews.
