State Of The Climate Report

    • No global warming for 17.5 years
    • 97% of the climate models have over-predicted warming
    • Record quiet tornado season
    • Severe tornadoes declining for 40 years
    • No US hurricane landfalls
    • More than eight years without a major hurricane strike in the US
    • Drought is almost over
    • Fewest forest fires in the US in three decades
    • Record increase in Arctic sea ice
    • Record extent of Antarctic sea ice
    • Five of the six snowiest winters have occurred since 2002
    • No sea level rise on the west coast of the US or Canada for three decades
    • US temperatures declining for 80 years (before data tampering)
    • Near record low number of hot days in the US

Nothing the team predicted has come true.

No warming in the Pacific since 1994…

But, but, but the models (have been adjusted)!

“As a result of the hiatus, explained Marotzke, the IPCC report’s chapter 11 revised the assessment of near-term warming downwards from the “raw” CMIP5 model range. It also included an additional 10% reduction because some models have a climate sensitivity that’s slightly too high.”

No US hurricane landfalls? The Weather Channel has been showing one all day.

    • Fred from Canuckistan says:

The weather channel could show non stop reruns of Gilligan’s Island and all they would do is increase their forecasting accuracy.

      • Irregular says:

I’ll gladly claim ignorance or innocence or something…..But how was Sandy classified when it made landfall? Not a hurricane? I’m not an expert, and they call it Hurricane Sandy… Help me.

        • Wyguy says:

When Hurricane Sandy came ashore near Atlantic City on the evening of October 29, the storm was no longer classified as a hurricane, according to the National Weather Service. Instead, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) in Miami determined that the storm had transitioned into a hybrid storm known as a “Post-Tropical Storm” shortly before landfall. That change was made because the storm exhibited characteristics similar to the Nor’easters that frequently lash the Northeast coast during the fall and winter — such as a broad expanse of wind and precipitation with the strongest rains and winds far-removed from the center of the storm. In a purely tropical storm system, the strongest winds and rain are located in a small core close to the storm center.

        • David A says:

Also, it did not at landfall have hurricane force winds.

        • Col A says:

In Australia cyclones (= your hurricanes / or Asian typhoons) rapidly abate once they hit land, the centre “eye” dissipates and the barometric pressure rises above the nominated limit for cyclones and winds drop below minimum cyclone wind speeds, they are normally renamed “Tropical low, ex cyclone or heavy rain depression”, hope this helps.

That said, I would ask Steve for some clarification on “?No sea level rise on the west coast of the US or Canada for three decades” and some supporting info. It is my understanding that average sea level rise has been fairly constant at ~1.7 mm / year for some time – for 3 decades that is ~ 51 mm or near as damn to 2 inches in your quaint units, I do not understand how this is possible??

        • The rock pools I used to play in as a child are still there. I remember them well enough. If the sea has been rising at 1.7mm per year or even twice that, it seems that at least 100-200 years are needed for humans to even perceive such slow changes, but we don’t live that long anyway.

        • Col A says:

Steve, we both know it is not possible to see a couple of inches change in that time lapse photo and Will, agreed the rock pools may still look pretty much the same.

http://sealevel.colorado.edu/ – TOPEX and Jason series of satellite radar altimeters actually say ~3.2 mm/yr while various tide gauge average readings say 1.2 to 2.8 mm/yr http://sealevel.colorado.edu/content/tide-gauge-sea-level.
While it appears some places are not showing a rise http://sealevel.colorado.edu/content/tide-gauge-sea-level I still question the accuracy of your statement for the whole of the Western sea board of US or Canada?

Time to get the hell out of California and let them melt down. California would be done already if it wasn’t for the crooked Feds funneling them money through the Dept. of Energy and other means. My brother in-law loves San Diego but hates the politics. He has a masters in Engineering and his wife has a masters in Business Management. They will be out of California within 6-months.

Slowly, ever so slowly, people are awakening to this unimaginable reality:

George Orwell was right! A new tyrannical one world government sprouted in the ruins of the Second World War.

FEAR of death in 1945 convinced world leaders and guilt-ridden scientists to hide the information shown in red, highlighted in yellow:

The autobiography is being posted as written with the conclusions first because frankly I do not know if I will be around to write or you around to read information that world leaders still want to hide.
