Besides dropping the warm pre-1880 temperatures, Gavin has massively altered the 1880 to 1996 temperatures.

This is of course on top of all of Hansen’s spectacular pre-1999 data tampering, which had already wiped out almost all of the 1940’s warmth and 1940-1976 global cooling.

Gavin’s tampering increases month after month. Not only is his pre-1996 data fake, but his post-2000 data is also fake.

This week, the actual record cold Arctic air arrives in the US. The cold air has been sitting over Russia for the past week weeks, but has moved to our side now.

My incredible mother passed on to her next adventure last week.

One of my favorite memories of her was around 1972, the fake news Guardian wrote a hit piece on Los Alamos in which the Guardian said the first atomic bomb was detonated there.  My mother responded with a letter to the editor saying something to the effect of “I have lived in Los Alamos a long time, and don’t remember seeing any nuclear weapons going off. I think I would have noticed.”

I haven’t been able to find that article, but I did locate this idiotic 1976 Guardian hit piece on Los Alamos. My mother loved Los Alamos, which is an incredibly beautiful place full of great people.

Peter Hannam recently wrote one of the worst fake climate news articles ever for the Canberra Times about the Arctic, and is now doing a repeat for SMH at both poles. His first major mistake is claiming low November Arctic sea ice extent is causing sunlight to be absorbed in the Arctic Ocean.

If Peter actually knew anything about the earth, he would know that the sun doesn’t shine in the Arctic in November – and open water in the Arctic Ocean in November allows heat to escape to the much colder air.

But it gets worse. Peter also appears to be trying to fool his readers into believing a hole in Antarctic sea ice may also be due to global warming. Note the not very subtle placement of the words “clarion call of global warming” next to the Antarctic sea ice graph above. Nothing in his article supports that idea, but his intent to lead the reader towards that conclusion is clear.

Antarctic sea ice extent has nothing to do with either fake global cooling scares or fake global warming scares. The ice behaves the same during both. But Peter Hannam gets readers by writing fake climate news articles for the Australian press.

In 1901, Knut Angstrom showed that Arrhenius didn’t know what he was talking about with his global warming theories. CO2 absorption is already nearly saturated, so additional increases in CO2 have little effect.

Arrhenius also ignored H2O in his calculations, which produces most of the greenhouse effect. As a result of his “inadmissable” error, Arrhenius overestimated the effects of CO2 by about 96%.
