Pierre Gosselin dug up this document from the DOE in 1985, which shows the exact opposite. There was a large increase in Arctic sea ice after 1950.

The post-1950 increase in ice was extended by the 1990 IPCC Report until 1979.

Combining the two graphs, it becomes clear there was very little net ice loss from 1925 to 1979, and a sharp increase after 1955.

Comparing the Cryosphere Today graphs and the 1985 DOE graph, they show no correlation. The DOE document showed a large amount of ice loss from 1925 to 1950, and the Cryosphere Today document showed a sharp increase.

Either the earlier sources are fraudulent, or the more recent ones are. And as is almost always the case, it appears the more recent documents are the culprit.

In 1958, the New York Times reported half of Arctic sea ice was lost in the first half of the century, and that the Arctic would soon be ice-free.

In 1940, Soviet explorers reported Arctic sea ice had shrunk in thickness by nearly 50%.

The subsequent cooling and increase in sea ice was also well established.

This fits right in with the well established pattern of collusion and fraud by government climate scientists working to make the warmth of that era and subsequent cooling disappear.

I flew over Greenland (which has gained a record amount of ice this autumn) and the Canadian Arctic yesterday, and took these pictures.

Nothing is melting in the Arctic. Greenland has gained 300 billion tons of ice since September 1, blowing away all records for ice gain.

The amount of sea ice in the Arctic is just about average for recent years.

The level of climate fraud at US Government funded agencies and their cronies in the state sponsored media is  through the roof. They are now in desperation mode to retain their billions in climate scam funding.

Arctic winter temperatures have been not as cold in recent years as they were 30 years ago, and experts have blamed it on man-made global warming.

The same thing happened from 1910 to about 1954, but climate scientists weren’t as superstitious or stupid back then. Spitzbergen had 19 degrees of winter warming from 1910 to 1954.

Gavin Schmidt at NASA doesn’t want policy makers or the public to know about the 1940’s Arctic warmth, so he erased it.

Barack Obama completely hijacked the environmental movement with his fake climate agenda.

The National Geographic article below shows some of the damage he did. The picture does not show pollution. Rather it shows shadows behind condensed water vapor. Obama turned the EPA away from actual environmental problems, to completely fake ones. Many people are now unable to distinguish actual pollution from government propaganda.

For a tiny fraction of the tens of billions Obama has wasted on climate fraud, we could have cleaned up the actual pollution problems in China and India – with technology being used in the US for the past 50 years.

Instead of cleaning up the water in Flint, Michigan, Obama’s EPA has been polluting the water in Colorado.

Myron Ebell will restore the EPA to their proper mission – protecting the environment.

These fact checkers claim 97% of experts agree humans are primarily responsible for global warming.

This claim is completely fraudulent and has no basis. Actual surveys show 52%. No group of professional atmospheric scientists shows anywhere close to 97%.

The recent fake news climate articles they have been publishing are not a surprise. The Canberra Times has a long history of pushing climate fraud.

Gavin claims in the Canberra Times that he has not removed the 1940’s warmth in the Arctic

Gavin told lots of lies in this article, but none bigger than this one. He has in fact removed the 1940’s warmth at every single Iceland station active during the 1940’s

The average for all stations is 0.65C cooling via Gavin’s data tampering.

Climategate E-mails show that Gavin’s friends in fact colluded to remove the 1940’s warmth.

It is stunning that Gavin has been getting away with this fraud, but not surprising that the Canberra Times would write a wildly fraudulent hit piece on a senator without showing the courtesy to contact him in advance to get the facts.
