NOAA says that nearly a foot of rain in one day in Louisiana confirms their models showing man-made climate change has increased the odds of floods.

On April 15, 1927 New Orleans got 15 inches of rain in 18 hours during the largest flood in US history.

There has been no increase in heavy rain.

The NOAA study has no scientific basis, and ignores all available actual data. Software models can be written to produce any result the author wants to produce. They are not evidence of anything other than deep corruption at NOAA.

People in the Northeastern US have gotten used to wet weather, but from 1910 to 1970 the Northeast was in drought most of the time. Most likely due to your SUV.

Iceland has six stations in Iceland with temperature records going back to at least 1940. All show a very warm period around 1940 and sharp cooling from 1940 to 1980.

However, after homogenization five of the six have had their 1940’s blip sharply adjusted down, and the other one shows no change. If homogenization was done correctly, the average temperature of the 1940’s would not have changed. Some stations would increase, others would decrease, but the average would remain approximately the same. (So why do it at all?)

However, none of the stations were increased, and the 1940’s average dropped sharply. This makes no sense from a scientific or mathematical standpoint, and is a smoking gun of fraud. But then again, this is what they planned all along.

Homogenization is a vehicle which serves no purpose mathematically, but allows NASA and NOAA to create warming where there is none. When milk is homogenized, the amount of fat doesn’t change and the amount of milk doesn’t change, all it does is spread the fat around evenly. But when NASA homogenizes temperatures, the amount of heat changes dramatically. Because what they are doing has nothing to do with science.

The last time anywhere in Pennsylvania reached 100 degrees during September was on 9/11/1983. During 1953, most of the state reached 100 degrees during September.

On September 7, 1976 Ashland, Wisconsin hit 100 degrees. That was the last time any location in Wisconsin reached 100 degrees during September. Prior to 1955, September 100 degree days were very common in Wisconsin. On this date in 1939, Racine Wisconsin was 102 degrees. Today’s forecast high at Racine is 88 degrees.

The time has come for whistleblowers to come forward and expose climate fraud.

The federal government has a vigorous program to identify and prosecute fraudulent grant applications and administration–the False Claims Act.  It provides rewards for insiders who reveal grant fraud.

As detailed daily on Real Science, it is clear that there is wide-spread fraud in “climate research.”

“Climate research” is a complex operation with multiple international players.  With the massive sums of Federal grants (Michael Mann’s website lists more than $50 million in grants for his research alone) involved, there is a huge incentive for tight lips.

Like the mafia, or other criminal conspiracies, there seems to be a code of silence in the “climate research” community.

A researcher, or aspiring researcher, who is aware of inside information detailing fraudulent activity, would need a considerable incentive to come forward.

Luckily, the False Claims Act provides that incentive.

Insiders with knowledge of fraud are empowered to share their knowledge, and to share in rewards. The reward can be as much as 30% of the total amount reclaimed.

If you have details of fraud in climate research you can share in the rewards paid when the grant funds are recovered.

According to an attorney who specializes in FCA cases against universities and government research offices, including Educational/Research Grant Fraud: “Many institutions receive grants, whether for research or educational purposes. When they lie to get the grant or keep the grant or if they use the funds for purposes outside the grant, they are liable under [this] program. There have been many grant cases brought by whistleblowers.”

Here are some examples of common education institution fraudulent acts:

• Falsifying a grant application in order to secure a grant
• Falsifying research data and results
• Over-charging time, costs and other expenses associated with the grant
• Falsifying purchase orders for equipment and materials
• Using grant money for other unrelated research
• Using grant money for personal expenses
• Improper conflicts of interest by the principal investigators
• Falsifying progress reports and other documentation
• Failing to comply with applicable government safety and other regulations

Bill is very upset that companies are giving small donations to senators who don’t want to put them out of business over irrational superstitions. But for some reason, Bill isn’t upset about the billions of dollars going to scientists who push the global warming scam for the government.

But then Bill gets fully irrational with this picture, which seems to be an attempt to blame high gas prices on global warming.

His graph ends in 2008, which was probably the last time his brain was functional. Since the fracking boom began, gas prices have plummeted.

Why does anyone listen to morons like Bill Moyers?

On September 8, 1925 almost 20% of the SS was over 100 degrees. Prior to 1960, hot temperatures on September 8 were quite common, but since 1960, the average has been about 2%.

On September 8, 1925 Pine Bluff Arkansas was 109 degrees, and several stations in Illinois were 105 degrees.

Hillary was too busy with the letter B, to learn the letter C. Dodging bullets in Bosnia and arresting YouTube filmmakers in Benghazi is time consuming.
