All Things Are Possible – With Data Tampering

NOAA claims that the past winter was warmest on record in the US

global warming blamed for temperatures 4.6 degree above normal

As always, their claims are based on massively tampered data. The thermometers which they use show that this winter was ninth warmest, with the warmest winter being 1932. There has been no trend over the past century.

They create their record temperatures by massively cooling the past. They cool 1932 by a full degree, and then make fake press releases and maps to push the fake global warming agenda.

  1. Is it going to be a future upgrade to “Pulling Back the Curtain” to allow USA-wide or regional and seasonal charts? A lot going on there I know, and I’ll bet difficult to program, but worth asking. I liked what you did with the GHCN code to make regional (midwest, south) comparisons.

I would still like to see a button that would give us the chart data as a .csv next to the chart… Click it and it downloads the data the chart used, and opens a dialog for saving it…

  2. Andy DC says:

Pretty typical for an El Nino winter.

In Washington, DC the winter was skewed by the record warm December. January and February averaged almost exactly normal with a record snowstorm thrown in for good measure.

  3. omanuel says:

One data set they could not alter – exact rest masses of 3,000 atoms that compromise all matter – contains an indelible record of the information they vainly tried to hide from the public for the past seventy years (1946-2016).

  4. El Nino is climate, La Nina is weather.

  5. Mark Luhman says:

Only a climate scientist would take a reading most likely to be affected by UHI and use that reading it to adjust up the one most likely not to be affected by UHI. They know that a third of all reading show the exact opposite of what the others are doing, instead of figuring out why and what is going on since a third of the reading are going down not up. They took the easy and politically correct way and adjusted the ones that did not agree with their AGW guess. Today most climate scientist is not only lazy but also fraudster.

Christmas Eve saw high temperatures with New Yorkers sunbathing

This was only 75 days ago! And we are supposed to misremember New Yorkers sunbathing?

People were seen sunbathing in Florida, with Miami forecast to endure 86F heat on what is normally one of the coldest days of the year.

Did they mean New Yorkers in Miami? Sheesh!

  7. Notice how they use the word “hottest” to describe winter? They could have said mildest. They could have said least cold. They could have twisted the language and said warmest, as if winters can be warm. As if 0 F is warmer than -20

But they said HOTTEST. It’s like they aren’t even trying to hide the lies. We had -18 on Valentines Day in the Adirondacks. That isn’t hot.
