Ohio Goes 85% Red – Obama Gets All The Votes

Now we get to find out whether borrowing 40% of every dollar the feds spend will work as a long term economic strategy.
Steven, it appears to me – at least looking at Ohio and Virginia – that “cities” voted Obama, and “the country” Romney … Is that more of a trend, or just there ?
You see the same trend in Canada as well.
I wonder what the outcome would have been if the electoral vote was divided by the percentage of the vote won in each State instead of “winner take all.”
For Example, Ohio’s electoral vote would be divided: Romney 8, Obama 10 electoral votes.
In California, Romney 22 electoral votes. (40% of 55) Obama 33 (58% of 55) etc.
However, the entire Electoral College “formula” of 270 wins would also have to be amended. Who knows?
