It saddens me that this sounds like something they would do, and that such theories sound reasonable with the current “regime”.
I can remember only reading about stuff like this in a Clancy novel. Now it is no longer fiction.

Drones only work when you have an idea what you are looking for. So far, the LAPD has not demonstrated that capacity.
