I was watching a video of the frozen global warming rally in Washington last week. Everyone there was very angry, and one speaker was particularly indignant that we had a hurricane in October!
So I checked out the data – October hurricanes used to be three times as frequent as they are now. As usual, climate alarmism is based on ignorance and superstition.
In the past hurricanes were known as bad weather. Now in the era of global instant communications they are known as extreme events.
Millions of people dying a century ago as a result of hurricanes, droughts, freezing conditions, it was known as bad weather. Today, a tree falling on a car as a result of a gale of wind or dying as a result of a forest fire is known as an extreme event.
All extreme events are code for man made global warming.
Climate alarmists are rewriting history, bastardizing the English language and lowering the IQ of entire generations. Climate Science is the second coming.
That’s because the youngsters know that everything from the pasts is wrong. As back then we had no google, or twitter, or facebook, so we must have been morons. After all the confirmatory nature of these communication tools prove the truth of any belief.
