   Surprise, surprise. Probably Al Gore and the UN’s IPCC thought you could pinch off the tailpipe without stalling the economic engine.

   Call your local Chinese embassy or consulate today and thank them. Assure them your are NOT being ironic or sarcastic, but quite sincere. Ask them to encourage their government, on our behalf, to expand and consolidate the current policy and practice.

   Alarmists tend to divide by GDP and claim that China is actually reducing emissions. CO2 is very magical; it reacts to rises in GDP.
