  1. Truthseeker says:

Well this is an actual consensus, not a fake one, so of course it will be ignored.

  2. Send Al to the Pole says:

They’ve run a campaign in recent weeks to sign up illegals, promising free care. 2M or so were people like me who already had a policy, saw it cancelled, forced to buy a new one for double. This 7M bears striking resemblance to the warming signal of .7C At last count, roughly 1M had just googled the website. They were counted just in case they ever decided to sign up. It’s the thought that counts ya know. Another 2-3M are most likely dead voters. That’s their go-to group.

But there is very good news for Christians! You DO NOT need to buy Ocommiecare. You need not pay thru the nose for crap insurance. And you won’t be penalized. Buried somehow in the Healthcare destruction act was an exemption that, thanks to their laziness, the Comrades didn’t bother to read. Christian Ministry members were made into a fully qualified alternative to Obungocare.

Read that last sentence again. If you’re a Christian participating in this type of (plan), it is considered a fully legal alternative to Obungocare.

So, I went and checked it out. My Obungobronze plan had a 5k deductible, and cost $450/mo.
I enrolled at the Christian ministry. Immediate acceptance. Premium? 150/mo. $500 deductible.
It doesn’t cover treatments for something happening right now. But after you are stabilized, it covers future incidents. It can be used to pay office visits, drugs, and labs, as well as hospitalization and surgery. ~125k/yr coverage if I recall. You are not excluded for pre-existing conditions, but there are special rules about them. Almost ALL of the money collected goes to patients bills. Freedom from tyranny at 1/3 the cost! I elected for the brothers keeper option where you pay some extra just to help others out.

Now, Obungobronze has an unlimited liability limit I believe. This you would not have. But for a family, the max you pay in the ministry is $450, no matter how many dependents.

And true, Obungobronze covered me for pap smears, pregnancy, and breast exams. I think I’ll get by without this tho, since I’m a 50+ yr/old male. 🙂

But seriously, if you are a family, they cover that stuff.

There are several of these ministries. I went to this one:

So us atheists that despise Obama are just screwed?

      Well, thanks.

Purly for information purposes, do these sign-ups included Medicaid?

How many of these “new” policies are to be subsidized one way or the other?

  4. Robertv says:

So where are all the people that voted Obambi into the White House ? It looks like the election fraud has been much bigger than we thought.

Ventura for president. At least he knows there are 50 States.

  5. Gamecock says:

We knew that the government would report unemployment below 8% by the 2012 election. We should have known they’d report 7M sign ups for Democrat care by March 31.

What good is government that lies to its people?

  6. jst1 says:

Did I miss something? Was 100% of the population required to sign up? I am adamant in my opposition to the PPACA, but the point of this post is pointless.

    • Ben says:

      Apparently.

Given the multiple 97% consensus studies based on figments and guesses and lies and other fabrications, Steven is satirically demonstrating how easy it is to manufacture such a consensus.

Beyond that, Obama stated that 47,000,000 people were uninsured, but only set a target of 7,000,000 signups, Most of which were people who already had insurance. He is a miserable failure and a liar. His shovel-ready insurance is actually a cash-for-clunker-insurance scam.

  7. Ben says:

Given the president’s, annenberg’s factcheck.org , the new york time’s editorial board’s insistence that there were 47 million uninsured, then by his own measure, Obama has failed miserably.

RAND says that < 1,000,000 who never had insurance actually signed up and paid money. RAND did not adjust for young adults first time buyers, which would make the number even lower.

  8. Shazaam says:

The Laughingstock-In-Chief has delayed so many Obumbler-care mandates and deadlines, that he has made it possible to completely avoid paying the “individual mandate” “tax” forever.

The administration’s “signature accomplishment” is ironically appropriate….

Why would anyone pay a tax the Laughingstock-In-Chief used his pen and phone to eliminate?
