Ortiz, regional director for U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., spoke on the senator’s behalf.
In his speech, Ortiz provided definition of climate change and updates on how it is being handled in this country and throughout the world.
Ortiz said the Environmental Protection Agency defines climate change as temperature changes that have increased by 1.4 degrees.
“More and more agree that the temperature is rising but there is no consensus on why,” Ortiz said.

Temperatures aren’t rising, and scientists are tampering with data to minimize the decline. Progressives believe that they should corrupt young people’s minds in order to fall in line with their political agendas.

As I understand it, more and more agree that the temperature isn’t rising, and may even be cooling, currently the lack of consensus is on why it ISN’T rising.
But as he’s a politician I doubt a little thing like that will bother him.
I’m shocked he admitted that there is no consensus on why temperatures are (not) rising.
Those who are not hard core fanatics are becoming a lot more skeptical. They are finding the “warm causes cold” explanation a bit lacking. At least among the ones I know.
