Where & when will this lunacy end?

The central fact is that cold kills, & we are being sold global ( non existent ) warming as the problem.
& millions of dummies are buying it, & thousands of eco-marxists are pushing it. Funded by the 1%s banksters, the bar-stewards.

The Aussies are now rowing swiftly away from this sinking ship of non-existent global disaster .

    We live in interesting times.

Climategate emails were but the tip of a very deep iceberg of government deception.

      • jdseanjd says:

        Indeed, Omanuel.
Try this for the depths of perfidy of Govts:
        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhxZxL56B00
        Dr Paul Craig Roberts, 53mins.
He discusses, with Greg Hunter, US lies in Ukraine & elsewhere,
the more than dire state of the US economy, & the gold market being rigged to prop up the doomed $dollar.
        An eye opener.

It’s not just the climate our Govts are lying to us about,
        not by a long chalk.

        Regards,
        JD.

FEAR of nuclear annihilation at the end of WWII convinced world leaders to:

          1. Form the United Nations on 24 Oct 1945
          2. Hide the source of energy that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki
          3. Neutron repulsion became the forbidden force of fragmentation in 1946

Neutron repulsion is the energy in cores of heavy atoms, stars and galaxies.

  2. matayaya says:

There you go again. Your methods are quite transparent. Fiddle with the provenance, fiddle with the baseline, fiddle with the timeline, fiddle with the vertical scale and most importantly keep throwing so much stuff against the wall that no one takes the time to get a whiff of what it really is.

    • I didn’t change anything. That is their data straight off the IPCC reports.

Your paranoid rantings are getting to be a bit much.

    • Gail Combs says:

So if Steve is wrong PROVE IT!

Give us links to the original graphs or whatever.

      • matayaya says:

A normal debate would do that, but with you folks, fishing for a red-herring, the messenger becomes the issue instead of the issue.

        • Gail Combs says:

SO why are you here? Just to toss Ad Hominems?

        • tom0mason says:

As you have all the settled science on your side, why can you not just give a reason or reference to why Steve’s graph is in error?
Are you just the red-herring in the debate on facts and science?

        • David A says:

you are the one who made the messenger the issue; provide your own graphs of the same statistics.

        • Chip Bennett says:

Shorter matayaya: you’re responsible for disproving my specious assertions.

      • matayaya says:

Gail, take the blinders off. Cheap shots are the stock in trade of this site. As they say, lies gets half way around the world before the truth can get out of bed. Instead of accepting your information from a partisan filter, go read the original sources for yourself. I read both sides from the original sources, why can’t some of you seek out unfiltered original sources. Go to the websites of NOAA, NASA, NSIDC, IPCC and many others. Regarding Steve’s premise on Arctic ice extent, go to the NSIDC website and you can see the model Steve used out of context to say something they did not say. Then scroll down and look at the Arctic sea ice volume model which Steve deceptively excluded from his premise, That is the sin of just one post on one day.

        • Projecting again? You appear to be off your meds.

        • David A says:

Don’t give homework assignments, do your own work, and stick to one issure at a time. Show exactly what is wrong with this single post, or say nothing, let alone dozens of broad based unproven accusations.

        • gator69 says:

          Matayaya pulls a Kelly Bundy!

“As they say, lies gets half way around the world before the truth can get out of bed.”

It’s not “as they say”, it is what Mark Twain said…

“A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.”

Since you ignored my question last time, I will ask it again. Without cherry picking a time, and without using a model, please show us why you think the sky is falling.

        • Gail Combs says:

I read several peer-reviewed science papers a day.

I also read primary sources when I can get a hold of them. I am currently reading a book on economics, Spies: The Rise and Fall of The KGB in America (by a former KGB agent) Earth in the Balance, by Al Gore is sitting next to my monitor and David Archibald kindly sent the book “Twilight of Abundance” which is sitting by my bed.

On top of those Kent Clizbe (former CIA) sent me a PDF copy of his book: Willing Accomplices: How KGB Covert Influence Agents Created Political Correctness and Destroyed America Which I will down load as soon as I clear space on my disk so it doesn’t crash my antique computer.

We have so many books I had to make a deal with Hubby to crate up and give to the Salvation Army several boxes books before he will allow me to buy new once. (He just handed me another book HE BOUGHT 12 hours ago… he is just as bad as I am.)

(In case you are wondering my reading rate is 1500 to 2000 words per minute with 90% comprehension. It is the reason I got kicked out of a speed reading course on the first day – The teacher had me take the test twice.)

        • Gail Combs says:

I do not have to go to the sites of NOAA et al. I have been tracking the data manipulation from the official weather station down the street. There is ZERO reason for the temperatures to be adjusted UP 24 hours later and then adjusted UP again six months later.

I am a chemist and a certified QC Engineer. I ran testing labs for years. If the thermometer is that bad at my town’s NEWLY INSTALLED (in 2006) weather station it needs to be replaced or calibrated and the adjustment noted. However that is not the problem because the adjustments are not linear through the thermometers range, they are random between 0°F and 5°F and ALWAYS positive.

Sorry I KNOW thermometers and pyrometers and was in charge of their calibration (twice a year) for decades. What I am seeing would have gotten me fired or thrown in jail by the FDA.

Of course I know the problem. The station is very rural and NOAA is ‘Adjusting’ it up to match RDU.

    • Shazaam says:

Matayaya must still be busy sniffing the wall…. Well, take your time…..

Too bad the only data fiddling he/she/it’s gonna find is being done by the so-called climate “scientists”.

They (the “scientists”) do call their grant grabbing antics, “science” and sound supremely confident when they lie.

  3. Gail, if you have direct first hand knowledge of this, may I ask that you write it up and report every instance that you have witnessed? No wonder they don’t have to warm the present, THEY ARE WARMING IT BEFORE IT IS RECORDED! Jesus, even the raw data is cooked?

This is a HUGE story Gail!

    • Gail Combs says:

All you have to do is go to we@ther undergr0und and find a really rural station. Look at the actual temperature in the morning. About an hour or so after dawn is the coldest. (You can set your computer to display the info at the top of the monitor making it easy to check)

Then check the SAME station 24 -48 hours later and you will find the temperature for min has been “Adjusted” The temperature you noted the morning before is LOWER than the reported minimum. Check after the first of the next year and you may find the temp has been “Adjusted” again.

That is all I did. Unfortunately I did not keep the data with dates or more important Screenshots.

Unfortunately I am ‘Computer Challenged’ I never took a course in Computerez in my life so I can’t easily follow up on this.

      Here is an example.
On April 6th I recorded RAW: 44 °F today the minimum for that day is listed as 48 °F

April 7 They have not ‘Updated” yet.

      • Shazaam says:

        Gail,

Quickie lesson for the computer challenged 😉

(“ctrl” “print screen”) will take a screen shot of your entire monitor. Try not to have embarrassing search phrases visible when you do this 😉

(“shift” “print screen”) will take a screen shot of just the active program. Generally good not to have embarrassing search phrases visible when you do this as well….

(word press gets upset about my use of angle brackets, so I included the same keys in quotes if it tosses the brackets into the mud)

Fire-up paint, and paste the image. v ( “ctrl” “v” ) is the keyboard shortcut, or use the top menu edit-paste to paste the image. I try to “save as” jpg format to save space, but disk space is cheap these days.

That’s it. Now you can tell your husband you’ve had your quickie for the day.

  4. Gail Combs says:

I should also mention Fank Lansner has been doing a LOT of work ferreting out the old original hand written records in Europe: http://www.hidethedecline.eu/

Anthony Watts of course is also looking at the USA records and Australia and NZ have their groups.

HOWEVER, I am not sure, but I think the records in the USA are now no longer written by hand but are now sent electronically so there may not be any recent hard copies of the data after the new digital recording devices were put in.

I haven’t gotten up the Chutzpah to go tackle the weather station down the street and try and get a hard copy of the records.

Another interesting note is when I go looking for the old links I had to the GISS data for individual cities I get this: http://www.giss.nasa.gov/notavailable.html

I can find the “data” using http://data.giss.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/gistemp/find_station.cgi?dt=1&ds=14&name=&world_map.x=211&world_map.y=138

But THAT data does not show the same trend!!!
Norfolk Intl Ap used to show an ever increasing temperature (It is an airport)

While Norfolk/Nas showed a sine wave similar to the Atlantic Ocean temperature.

Now both data graphs show the same sine curve! WTF!!!

This graph is a goody: http://data.giss.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/gistemp/show_station.cgi?id=425723030020&dt=1&ds=14

  5. Gail Combs says:

You can go to the end of this page and click on the map to get a state or country listing like I have for North Carolina.
