They Never Had Debates In The Soviet Union Or North Korea

Progressives don’t debate, because their belief system depends on lies and they can’t win a debate.

Instead they use censorship, hatred, lies and violence to push their agenda.

You mean “97% of scientists agree with me” is not debate?

  2. Jeff says:

Exactly correct! Facts never play a part with Progressives! Remember you only confuse progressives with facts. That’s why the progressive play book states “when confronted with facts… Attack!!!”

  3. Morgan says:

“You are afraid to admit you are wrong” is the same as “You are a denier”

Taken on a 3rd grade level it’s “I’m right and you’re wrong, so there, (and stick out your tongue at them)”

They had debates in the old USSR. They could debate America all day long, just not established facts about the state. 😉

We don’t really have debates here in the US either; when was the last time The O even had a good give-and-take press conference in the WH press room? And now we read that NBC has invited in a shrink to review their historic and used to be premiere ‘news’ program “Meet the Press” hosted by David “see my 30 round capacity magazine” Gregory (Tim Russert, RIP, used to host that Sunday morning program) …

    Fair-use excerpt from here:

Russert was also a decent man, as so many warm eulogies across the ideological divide attested. I had a chance to meet him a few times as an intern in the videotape library of the Washington political unit at NBC News in 1992. He was always friendly and engaging. (Andrea Mitchell was a whole ‘nother story. Gah.) Before I left to work for the Los Angeles Daily News, I drafted a little memo on suggestions to improve data collection and entry. I never expected acknowledgment. But Russert took the time to respond and thank me. A lowly intern. I never forgot that.

Gregory is the anti-Russert. His boorish behavior around D.C. is legendary — from his juvenile tantrums with the Bush press staff to his drunken radio appearances to his diva snit fits with innocent bystanders while filming news segments. One of the most telling and notorious anecdotes involves Russert himself, who reportedly reprimanded Gregory in 2008 for going ballistic on a poor waitress while the two TV stars dined at a D.C. restaurant. But “Gregory still treats most of … the newsroom like s**t,” an insider told the website Jossip. “Amazing how NBC cares more about food servers than about the people who have to deal with Gregory’s arrogance every day.”

Since Gregory doesn’t have the intellectual heft to carry in-depth interview segments the way Russert did, “Meet the Press” producers have reduced substantive exchanges to a few minutes and larded the rest of the show with fluff and stunts.

I watched Russert up until his departure. Personally I found him amiable enough, but he was obviously a dyed in the wool Democrat who gave softball questions to fellow Democrats and interrogated Republicans. It wasn’t so bad when Clinton was in office, but the tone changed measurably after.

Gregory is just not likeable, and an attack dog.

Alarmists say the world is waiting for Australia to cut carbon dioxide. Well, if that’s the case, every other country should ante up before we do it. So pay up you mob with short arm and long pockets, if you want us to save your bacon. 😀

Climate Desk says that the movie “Noah”, should be used to convince young religious people about the “truth” of climate change. Yet most Alarmists don’t believe in God.
    How ironic and hypocritical.

For centuries tyrants have tried to use the church to ‘guide the flock’. Hitler is a great example, as he was an atheist, and took over the churches in Germany as soon as he became chancellor. The Fabian avatar of a wolf in sheep’s clothing says it all.

“International Military observers” get caught in Ukraine.

Why don’t they just say German spies got caught? The last time the Germans were in the Ukraine was in 1944. It looks like some idiots want to start WW3!
