The UN IPCC is a joke. The whole concept reminds me of some grade B sci-fi flick from the 60’s.
I think that is called a Circle jerk.

The propaganda machine – 10 steps to the achieve the liberal/radical agenda:
1. Liberal/Radical activist publishes a biased paper supporting the liberal enviro/health/economic/etc agenda.
2. It’s not hard to find a Liberals activist on the editorial board of popular academic journals.
3. The editor sends the paper to fellow activist peer reviewers who recommend publication.
4. The bogus paper is published and trumpeted by the liberal press.
5. The government cites the “science”.
6. The government and the liberal press ridicule anyone who questions the result in order to marginalize dissenters and remove opposing viewpoints from public discourse.
7. The narrative is established and reinforced with multiple government and private media outlets repeating the false narrative and bogus results. (Repetition increases the weight the public consciousness attaches to the propaganda.)
8. Public perception on the issue moves closer to the liberal/radical line.
9. The probability of electing a liberal/radical to public office goes up.
10. Liberal/radical policies become law and society is successfully engineered to fit the liberal/radical agenda.
Editors need not be scientists, and with all the papers to sort out, you can just pick the papers that support the policy. The joke is they call it science.
