I can’t hear a thing!
Drug reps try to sell physicians the same crap.
E.g. atypical antipsychotics control mood disorders, but drug reps minimize the idiosyncratic reactions, as well as the common result that patients get fat and diabetic on these meds.
Lesson: always be a science skeptic, especially where money is involved.
I’m not saying that these drugs suck, just that there is always pro and con, or a case for and against, risks and benefits, opportunity cost, trade-offs, etc.
