What I love about this is that Obungler didn’t even try to be funny…since, he doesn’t “try” to do anything. His hostility was genuine. The clown walked right into this.
Today, on the radio, Tom Brokaw, the has been, did a segment defending Obungler for the original “two ferns” humiliating interview. Somehow, the WH must have assumed it was going to be more foot kissing and snuggly softballs from his adoring media. There’s probably a team of IRS agents in Riot gear with a kick started speculum “interviewing” the host right now.
Another movie to look forward to this summer is one by documentary filmmaker Joel Gilbert called “There’s No Place Like Utopia” which compares Obama to the Wizard of Oz through interviews, policy examples, and historical footage of how they both match up.
Joel Gilbert is the documentary filmmaker who made “Dreams of My Real Father: Story of Reds and Deception” which investigated the “real” history of Obama and explored Obama’s Marxist roots.
Amusingly, the original Wonderful Wizard of Oz was about a presidential election: 1896. With McKinley as Oz the Great and Powerful, Mark Hanna pulling the strings behind the curtain, and William Jennings Bryan roaring as king of the Senate forest but too afraid to actually do anything. L. Frank Baum was disgusted with Bryan, whom he supported, hence this extended metaphor.
Baum’s poem skewering McKinley (“When McKinley Gets the Chair”) is skillful satire; he manages to suggest McKinley’s execution in a way that raises few eyebrows, then or now. Foolish people even suggest that he must really have been a McKinley supporter.
It looks like it is easy to get a job in US. You would think someone with a job like this would not take the risk to lose it. Makes you wonder what they know about this puppet show..
Outstanding!
Both guys are hilarious, but it is only the job of one of them to be hilarious. The other one was supposed to be a least a bit competent.

The interview is fake. It is just Obama clips spliced together.

I have seen a screening of Joel’s film at an event recently as he gets ready to launch and the comparison of Oz to Obama is quite striking.
It also fits quite well into the theme of Mr Goddard’s website here.
Right Dorothy?,,,
Or maybe, “Good boy, Toto!”
