NASA has made them vanish. Does anyone have a copy?

Reblogged this on Climate Ponderings.

Awesome, thanks!
Thank you 🙂
Thanks MT, it does read a bit dated now. I love the reference to a computer run as an “experiment” and the output as “data”. Sometimes bullshit does baffle brains.
No,sorry.
I have a pdf copy from Wiley, if you want it.
Would you mind emailing me a copy?

You should have it now. As it is a better copy, it is searchable in Adobe.
You can give it a permanent new home here. NASA loves it when you do that…
I have downloaded the PDF on 18/01/2013 … if you want a copy, send a mail to bollie1_be AT yahoo.com …
Silly NASA. What has been seen on the internet cannot be unseen.
I clicked on the NASA link and this – “Global Climate Changes as Forecast by Goddard Institute for Space Studies Three Dimensional Model” – came up.
Is this the climate prediction you’re looking for, Steve? (I know someone has already linked a page, but having multiple back-ups is never a bad idea, ESPECIALLY when one is dealing with the Klimate Klown Posse.)

Speaking of things that are not working on the GISS site, is there an alternative way to graph station temps? I’m especially interested in Kericho, Kenya. Mainly because of this:

Yes, use this site:
http://www.esrl.noaa.gov/psd/cgi-bin/data/timeseries/timeseries1.pl
Put in the lat/lon for Kericho (-0.39 and 35) and either plot, or get the tables. I pulled the tables, and plotted the trend, which is about 1.1 deg since 1948.
Thanks, Les!
The

link works fine – just downloaded a copy, 24pp, 5.86 MB
What’s all the fuss about?
Are you a moron?
Are you? You said the paper used to be available – it still is, and right now.
In other words, I posted this complaint, and two days later NASA put it back on line.
No, I am the moron. I paid 40 bucks for my copy. But, mine is a cleaner copy….sigh…
