Two weeks ago, Kevin Trenberth highlighted the “record US warmth” in 2012 as proof of global warming.
A short two weeks later I wrote a post about record cold in the US in 2014, and find out that the US has shrunk down to “1/2 of 1 percent of the Earths Surface“
It is incredible how quickly the US is shrinking in the eyes of progressives – who hate this country.

And yet, they don’t seem in a particular hurry to relinquish the standard of living and opportunities a capitalist society affords them.
I wish we could just package them all up and ship them to North Korea. I am sure they could use some new slave labor. Heck add a bunch of exersise bikes connected to generators and you could have them start powering some lights for the Koreans.
When we export half our wealth to Arabia who nationalized our inventive oil rigs, they fund subversives who ban nukes and stop pipelines via white guilt and pagan religion. North Dakota to the rescue.

It makes sense when you think about it. It’s expansion and contraction – science 101. The warmer the US is, the bigger it gets, and vice versa.
What is ten times funnier is how CANADA disappears! It has 0% of the world’s land surface. 🙂

The area of the US is actually 1.9% of the planet’s surface (6.6% of the land surface) and is therefore negligible in its influence on the Earth’s climate. On the other hand, the Arctic ice cap averages about 2.4% of the planet’s surface (3.3% of the ocean surface) and is of overwhelming, apocalyptic, influence on the Earth’s climate.
See how obvious it is when you are climate educated?

That doesn’t mean a darn thing. Only mail with a return receipt is guaranteed to have been delivered. Heck the clerk tasked with sending the notice could easily have been helping someone pick up a nice house for a song. My parents back in the 1960s ran into that racket but the conmen slipped up by a week and so my parents did not lose the house. The racket was run by a lawyer and a clerk. It was for a less than $10 water bill from before the brand new house was sold.
As far as first class mail delivery goes, I lost several shares of stock because the idiot delivering the mail would toss mail he didn’t have time to deliver into the garbage. My neighbor actually saw him defacing MY mail box and then tossing the outgoing mail into a mud puddle and running back and forth over it with the mail truck until it was no longer visible. Despite this we were unable to get the B@$t@rd fired. This was not just one piece of mail but several interest checks from several stocks over a period of three months PLUS two notification letters. That is a heck of a lot of lost mail!
I have never been able to recover the stock because the companies all said it was turned over to the State of MA and the State said they had no record of any of my stock. Until you claim the stock, most states use the proceeds (and the interest earned on the unclaimed money) to help fund operations so the state has ZERO incentive to turn over your unclaimed assets. Most state employees are lazy and have no incentive to help you. Nice racket isn’t it?
Given that I can not be the only one to have run into this type of mess, I am surprised the judge didn’t just hit the woman with a fine and giver her back her house.
I find it strange that a lawyer would rule that way. In this State at least, all such notices are required to be sent certified with return receipt. If no receipt, no case. She needs to appeal it. I doubt it will survive in a higher level court.
This is why a trial by an INFORMED jury is so very important because a jury has the right to rule not only on the case but on the law.
