White Racists Are Bad – Black Racists Are Good

If someone suggested an all-white league, they would likely be prosecuted.

Suggest an all-black league, and the press calls you “great.”

  5. philjourdan says:

Liberals will never see the hypocrisy.

  6. Dave Jameson says:

Blacks are more racist and vindictive than whites ever have been. The black youth culture of today is composed of a majority of subhumans not fit to breathe the air. Knockout games, rioting, flash mobs looting stores, uncontrolled breeding practices through disgusting sexual rap, multi-generational welfare recipients, and, of course, drug abuse. Tell me I’m wrong!

  7. Jason Calley says:

Some years back a group was started here in North Florida, the “National Association for the Advancement of White People”, the NAAWP. The media response was universal, “Oh! How racist!” Nothing said about the NAACP.

On a lighter note…about 15 years ago, IIRC, there was an amusing news bit out of Tallahassee, the Florida state capitol. Needless to say, there are a lot of special interest and lobbying groups based in Tallahassee. Two groups, neither large enough to raise much money, went together to rent an office which they calmly and peacefully shared. The groups? One was a white separatist group. The other was a black separatist group. When a reporter asked about whether the two groups had trouble working together in the same office, he was told, “No, no problems! After all, we both agree!”

I find that funny — and .wonderfully encouraging!

  8. jst1 says:

Will this be a separate but equal league?

  9. philjourdan says:

4 legs good, 2 legs better.

  10. Ken says:

I have to admit that I do agree that this desire to form a black league is racist. But I think it is a bit more than that. Anybody who wants the best for this country can plainly see that the US has come a long way in the past 60 years towards improving the availability of the advantages of our country to non-whites. The number of obstacles has been reduced tremendously. And the number of blacks who have taken advantage has risen dramatically. Still, there is also no doubt that the percentage of the black population that is living a substandard existence is far, far higher than any of us would hope for or would have expected. So, something else is at work here. Johnson might be reacting to this unfortunate fact.

His repeated statements about how little black ownership there is in the NBA is off base. Owners got there because they made money and then bought teams. Many of them bought their teams back when it was a very risky thing to do and then worked their tails off to make the league work. Rather than excoriating them, he should be thanking them for creating a sports league that allowed him and hundreds of others, black and white, to earn more money than 99% of the US population will ever make. Some black players even earned enough to get into the exclusive fraternity of owners.

So, yes, there is a large majority of blacks living in substandard conditions. And, yes, I am frustrated by that. But I think Johnson needs to change his perspective. There are a LOT more blacks in leadership in the NBA today than 20 years ago. There are even blacks in ownership. Unfortunately there are still some rich, arrogant white pricks in NBA ownership. More facts of life for Johnson to face.

    • Gail Combs says:

“…So, yes, there is a large majority of blacks living in substandard conditions….”

There are two very good reasons for that.

The first is the US government created a new job catagory – “Welfare Mother” that pays much better than an entry level job.

The second was mass busing of inner city underaged drug dealers into ALL the schools in the USA. This is then combined with the “War on Drugs” and “Asset Forfeiture” so we have an even better money making capabilities for police departments and the Drug cartels as the underaged drug dealers are given access to wealthier customers.

All of this is wealth sucked out of the legitimate productivity of the nation.

….The Spring 2007 edition of Justice Policy Journal features a 31 page treatise, Civil Asset Forfeiture: Why Law Enforcement Has Changed its Motto from “To Serve and Protect” to “Show Me the Money,” in which Jared Shoemaker examines the negative impact on law enforcement goals and practices when police agencies aggressively pursue civil asset forfeitures as a means of supplementing their budgets, as well as how police agencies’ addiction to forfeiture revenue leads to disregard for individual due process rights, sometimes with tragic and life-altering consequences for innocent individuals.

The perversion of law enforcement priorities was also the subject of an empirical study published thirteen years ago. Sociologists Mitchell Miller (University of Tennessee) and Lance H. Selva (Middle Tennessee State University) received the 1994 Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences Award for their undercover study and critical analysis of asset forfeiture’s impact on police procedure. Based on twelve months of covert observation from within narcotics enforcement agencies, Drug Enforcement’s Double-Edged Sword: An Assessment of Asset Forfeiture Programs described forfeiture as a “dysfunctional policy” that forces law enforcement agencies to subordinate justice to profit.

The Double-Edged Sword undercover researcher observed agencies abandon investigations of suspects they knew were trafficking large amounts of contraband simply because the case was not profitable. Agents routinely targeted low level dealers rather than big traffickers, who are better able to insulate themselves and their assets from reverse sting operations. The report states: “Efficiency is measured by the amount of money seized rather than impact on drug trafficking.”

A reverse sting operation, where the officer becomes the seller who encourages the suspect to commit a crime, “was the preferred strategy of every agency and department with which the researcher was associated because it allowed agents to gauge potential profit prior to investing a great deal of time and effort.” More importantly, the narcotics units studied preferred seizing cash intended for purchase of drugs supplied by the police, rather than confiscating drugs already on the street. When asked why a search warrant would not be served on a suspect known to have resale quantities of contraband, one officer responded:

“Because that would just give us a bunch of dope and the hassle of having to book him (the suspect). We’ve got all the dope we need in the property room, just stick to rounding up cases with big money and stay away from warrants.”

In one case an agency instructed the researcher to observe the suspect’s daily transactions reselling a large shipment of cocaine so that officers could postpone making the bust until after the majority of the drug shipment was converted to cash. This case was only one of many in which the goal was profit rather than reducing the supply of drugs reaching the street…..

        • David A says:

Whatever is your response to reasonable dialogue. Gail makes cogent points above. Beyond govt. policy there is the black cultural issue. The “I am owed” culture, perpetuated more then ever by this president, is perhaps the single largest active reason for the lack of Black progress. It is curious how blacks have suffered more then any other segment of society under the current admin.

    • Gail Combs says:

I forgot the link and the all important third problem for blacks – Regulations!

At this point it is less hassle and more lucrative to steal cars than to try and become a small business person.

Small businesses losing out to red tape
… Today, the Institute for Justice released a series of studies documenting government-imposed barriers to entrepreneurship in eight cities. In every city studied, overwhelming regulations destroyed or crippled would-be businesses at a time when they are most needed….

Philadelphia’s permitting and licensing codes are difficult enough in themselves, but city officials often seem hellbent on treating the system as a perverse game designed to punish honest enterprise. The government required convenience store owner Ramesh Naropanth to put new gates on his store before it would allow him to sell sandwiches, setting the small businessman back $8,000.

•In Washington, D.C., hundreds of people have waited more than a year to take the required class and test to become a taxi driver. Rather than encourage these individuals to create jobs for themselves, the city has simply stopped offering the class and test.

When governments actually get rid of barriers to entrepreneurship, new businesses open almost immediately. Indeed, removing even a single law can unleash entrepreneurial energy and create hundreds of jobs. Mississippi finally got rid of its requirement that African hair braiders get government-issued cosmetology licenses to practice or teach. The result? A single entrepreneur — Melony Armstrong — trained dozens of women to braid hair and open their own businesses.

A couple examples from my personal experience:

A person caught stealing a car even with a criminal record gets 2 months probation so it is not even worth the hassle to try to prosecute – BTDT. However if the original Food Safety/ Animal Health Protection bills had gone through as written, a farmer who didn’t fill out his required paperwork correctly is looking at huge fines and possible imprisonment. In other words it makes more sense to steal than it does to engage in a legitimate small business like selling veggies out of your garden or home made food like pies, cakes jams, jellies… And that is just a simple business. (The USDA even went after a woman for giving her grown son lasagna made from cheese from her goats)

Proposed CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PENALTIES-Under The Animal Health Protection Act (HR2002) May 24, 2001 (otherwise known as NAIS)

Any person who violates this Act, or who forges, counterfeits, or, without authority from the Secretary, uses, alters, defaces, or destroys any certificate, permit, or other document provided for in this Act…..
…shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in accordance with the provisions of title 18, United States Code, imprisoned for a period not exceeding one year, or fined and imprisoned.
$50,000 in the case of any individual (except that the civil penalty may not exceed $1,000 in the case of an initial violation,… $250,000 in the case of any other person for each violation, and $500,000 for all violations adjudicated in a single proceeding

In Texas, penalties for non-compliance with premises registration include $1,000 PER DAY fines (which is higher than drug dealers pay), misdemeanor charges and possible jail time.

In Wisconsin all livestock sites must be registered or face fines from $200 to $5000 An Amish farmer have been prosecuted. link

The original wording for the 2009 bill HR 875:

“..FOOD PRODUCTION FACILITY- The term ‘food production facility’ means any farm, ranch, orchard, vineyard, aquaculture facility, or confined animal-feeding operation…”
[NOTE: There is NO exemption for hobby farms, or for you backyard garden.]

“ The Administrator, in order to protect the public health, shall establish a national traceability system that enables the Administrator to retrieve the history, use, and location of an article of food through all stages of its production, processing, and distribution.

      set good practice standards to protect the public and animal health and promote food safety;

conduct monitoring and surveillance of animals, plants, products, or the environment, as appropriate

      require each food production facility to have a written food safety plan that describes the likely hazards and preventive controls implemented to address those hazards;

include, with respect to growing, harvesting, sorting, and storage operations, minimum standards related to fertilizer use, nutrients, hygiene, packaging, temperature controls, animal encroachment, and water”

[NOTE: it does not say a person SELLING food, it says a person holds, stores, or transports food or food ingredients. Animal encroachment = a mouse in your garden and up.]

(i)n any action to enforce the requirements of the food safety law, the connection with interstate commerce required for jurisdiction SHALL BE PRESUMED TO EXIST.***

(t)he validity and appropriateness of the order of the Administrator assessing the civil penalty shall not be subject to judicial review.
[There goes your right to a trial. A bureaucrat has final say on whether you pay the fines HIS DEPARTMENT levied.]

The phrase “interstate commerce required for jurisdiction SHALL BE PRESUMED TO EXIST.”*** is particularly nasty. This means all home grown food can be included. Trojan Horse Law: The Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009

That is just ONE example of how a regulation deprives people of the opportunity to be legit business people. Is it any wonder blacks and many others rather pursue gray and black market instead? The estimate, which I think is very low, is a 2 trillion dollar underground economy.

More Americans Work in the Underground Economy

      • Bob Knows says:

All of those hurtful regulations are Progressive liberalism. They create massive unemployment and destruction, and then the suffering masses elect them to “fix” the problems they caused.

    • Gamecock says:

“So, yes, there is a large majority of blacks living in substandard conditions.”

This is a lie. The large majority of blacks are middle class.

Beyond that, this is America. It is about people. Individuals. Talks of groups is perverse.
Talk to me about freedom and liberty. Freedom and liberty are for everyone.

  11. D. Self says:

Fine! then no crackers spectating means out of business.

  12. Ken says:

It would be interesting to have a white nba and a black nba. Where would the Asian and Latino ethnic groups go, not to mention Native Americans? Where would someone like Blake Griffin play? Would he split his time between the two leagues? After a couple of decades would we have a championship series between the two? Or would there be two US teams in the Olympics?

    • We could run the Black NBA under the old “one drop” rule, right? That’s not racist, is it? Or we could have the Black NBA use the good old Australian “I feel kinda abbo to-day.” rule.

      • Fat Tony says:

Stark – do you have no manners or decency?
        “abbo” should be spelt “Abo” – Capital “A” & only 1 “b”.

  13. David A says:

Johnson said….We should be focusing on having our own, Own team own League! To For Self!!”
    ==============================================================

Perhaps a little more focus on grammar would be more beneficial, or is that some form of Ebonics and cool?

  14. Gamecock says:

So Grandmama thinks players should be judged by the color of their skin.

  15. Bob Knows says:

For more than half a century all the liberal media and “education” institutions in the US have been waging a very powerful anti-white hate war. Racism is their agenda, anti-white hate racism. Its who they are.

  16. Bob Knows says:

During the 1st half of the 20th century there were black baseball leagues that employed over 10,000 black ball players and support staff. Then at the middle of the century MLB hired black star players and put the black baseball leagues out of business. End of competition for MLB. End of jobs for 10,000 black ball players and stadium staff. Now all the anti-white hate media celebrates the victory over black jobs every year.
