Hi Tony, looks like these people are trying to emulate you. Afterall, imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.

The conclusive findings of this research are that the three GAST data
sets are not a valid representation of reality. In fact, the magnitude of
their historical data adjustments, that removed their cyclical
temperature patterns, are totally inconsistent with published and
credible U.S. and other temperature data
. Thus, it is impossible to
conclude from the three published GAST data sets that recent years
have been the warmest ever –despite current claims of record setting
      warming.
Finally, since GAST data set validity is a necessary condition for
EPA’s GHG/CO2 Endangerment Finding, it too is invalidated by these
      research findings.

Why do alarmists hate poor brown people?

      Brad,

I would not say they are “trying to emulate” Tony’s work.

Wallace, D’Aleo and Idso are serious researchers coming to the same conclusions as Tony Heller.

You may also notice the signatures of the concurring reviewers, among them CU’s own Dr. Keen who comments at this blog.

Tony deserves tons of credit for exposing the shenanigans, bad science and outright fraud.

  2. Walter Graff says:

I doubt this will make any major new organizations. And I doubt anyone who reads it will believe it. Dogma does that to people.

Thing is, that Tony Heller has know this to be a fact for many years.

He has been way ahead on this in most circumstances, and it is great to see three scientists banding together to replicate his work and publish it in a scientific journal.

    love this excerpt.

“The conclusive findings of this research are that the three GAST data sets are not a valid representation of reality. In fact, the magnitude of their historical data adjustments, that removed their cyclical temperature patterns, are totally inconsistent with published and credible U.S. and other temperature data.”

GAST includes surface data from NOAA, NASA, HADCrut, and any other series using GHCN data.

July 6, 1936 was the first of a stretch where 8 0f 9 days exceeded 100F with the 9th at 99F in St Cloud, MN. The all time high temp of 107F set in 1934 was also tied during this streak.

  5. Steven Fraser says:

July 5, 1937 was the highest temp ever recorded in Canada, in 2 towns in southern Sask., Midale And Yellow Grass, just north of the US border. 45C, 113F, 80 years ago, Monday.
