We are about to blow away our cold record for this early in autumn here in Boulder, CO – and the animals are busy preparing for winter. The Chamisa is blooming late because summer started so late this year. I captured this slow motion video yesterday on my iPhone of moths, bees and wasps fighting over Chamisa nectar.
