  1. As gases circulate in the Venusian troposphere they undergo a pressure ratio of 400:1, with a tropopause temperature of 204K. Believing the high surface temperature has anything to do with a ‘runaway greenhouse effect’ reflects a spectacular ignorance of fundamental thermodynamics. I attribute it to in-breeding, which tends to cause idiocy.

    At least the Venusian inhabitants got off the rock and traveled in space to find a distant land to inhabit that had all the elements needed to sustain carbon based creatures. Or maybe they didn’t exist.
