I am glad for them because they had some nasty cold summer. They are probably no longer used to normal summer weather.

That weather sounds nice.
I experienced the equivalent of a hundred years of global warming in a couple of hours. It was -12F first this this morning and after the sun rose, it got to about -10.
Sounds like a summer morning in Houston.
New Zealand is considered a top destination for surfers.
One would think that 30 + temperatures are the most common thing in such a location.
My guess is that 30 is the new 40 .
And a day without the use of red color and global warming related fear mongering is a wasted day for experts as we all know :
Red color and alarmism is what turns the average daily weather into climate – climate change.
The glaciers will melt and the railway lines will buckle and the weather bureau goons will keep their jobs.
Since I moved to Arizona 27 is border line cold, I prefer something in the high 30s, 40 C is about right.
