Christmas Request

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and good wishes for my mother last month. She is doing much better now.

Unfortunately my father is in transit to the hospital now and also faces some major surgery – which is difficult because most of the surgeons are out for Christmas. I would appreciate everyone’s prayers for him.

To give an idea of what great people my parents are, they didn’t tell me that Dad was sick because they didn’t want to spoil my vacation in Mexico.

Thank you very much.

In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
“The curse of mortality. You spend the first portion of your life learning, growing stronger, more capable. And then, through no fault of your own, your body begins to fail. You regress. Strong limbs become feeble, keen senses grow dull, hardy constitutions deteriorate. Beauty withers. Organs quit. You remember yourself in your prime, and wonder where that person went. As your wisdom and experience are peaking, your traitorous body becomes a prison.”
