I would probably cast the net a bit wider though: e.g.
“Is your goal to do a Tim Flannery and drive down property values so that you can pick up a water-front property cheaply?” -or-
“Is someone in the Miami Herald looking to pick up cheap beach-front property?”
I agree. This is a very good comment strategy!
We should bombard them with accusations of inadvertently working for the mega-corps who would love to pick up beach-front property at fire-sale prices.
