The blog post below about the Congo shows another example of how NOAA has erased the warmth of the 1940s.

In 1974, the National Center For Atmospheric Research showed a large global warming spike to the 1940’s, followed by very rapid cooling back to below 1870’s levels.

The image below overlays the 1974 NCAR graph on the current NASA graph, at the same scale.

It wasn’t just the top American scientists who saw the decline. Britain’s top scientists  saw the same thing.

In fact, there was unanimous consensus among the world’s scientists that Earth was cooling since 1940.

So how did climate scientists make the 1940’s warmth and subsequent cooling disappear? They got together and decided to erase it.

Government climate science is the biggest fraud in history, which is why they and their minions in the press attempt to prosecute and silence anyone who dissents from it.

Besides being the shortest melt season on record, and the earliest start to winter on record, the Arctic is also seeing the fastest September ice growth on record.

Ice extent is 40% above 2012, higher than last year and about the same as 2013. Experts describe this record growth as “rapidly disappearing” or “ice-free.”

NOAA says the Congo had its hottest August ever last month.

The Congo is more than three times as large as Texas, and NOAA has no thermometers in the interior or eastern Congo. They do have three thermometers near Congo’s western border.

All three of these thermometers have been massively tampered with to erase their warm 1940’s and 1950s.

NOAA only has one other thermometer within 500km with temperature records extending back to the 1940’s

Satellites cover the entire Congo, and RSS TLT shows August was fifth warmest since 1978, behind 1987, 2002, 2001 and 2015.  August 2016 was 0.34C cooler than August 1987 at (latitude, longitude) = (-1.25, 201.25)

So how did NOAA determine that August was hottest ever in the Congo? They have zero data to back that claim up, and their homogenization algorithm has massively cooled the past of every single station in the region with records going back to the 1940’s.

This isn’t climate, this is the biggest fraud in the history of science.

The first 95 degree day in Arkansas comes more than a month later than it did a century ago.

During 1917 Subiaco, Arkansas reached 95 degrees on February 27. NASA says 1917 was one of the coldest years ever.

This year, Subiaco didn’t hit 95 degrees until June 16. NASA says this year is the hottest year ever.

The last day of summer comes about 20 days earlier than it used to.

On October 28, 1927 it was 95 degrees at Pine Bluff, Arkansas

President Obama had an eventful week.

• His buddies gunned down Philadelphia police
• His buddies went on a stabbing rampage in Minneapolis
• His buddies blew up bombs in New York and New Jersey
• The Philadelphia Eagles trashed the national anthem and flag
• A North Carolina teacher stomped on the American flag in front of her class

• His buddies attacked the police and burned down Charlotte
• Obama turned America’s energy sovereignty over to the UN
• Obama is trying to turn the Internet over to the UN

Meanwhile, the Bushes vote for Hillary, NeverTrump people sit at home and pull their puds, and CNN reports 24×7 about Obama’s birth certificate.

This is just the sort of weather which experts predict from imaginary man-made climate change. It is also the sort of weather which occurred without imaginary Mann-made climate change.

NOAA claimed yesterday that Angola and Namibia had their hottest month ever last month, even though they don’t have any thermometers there.

NASA also shows Namibia and Angola very hot, 1-4C above normal.

NASA has no thermometers in Namibia, and only one in Angola, at Luanda.

Luanda was warmer in the 1970’s, but NASA adjusted the 1970’s warmth away.

The thermometer at Luanda is located next to the airport tarmac in the middle of very dense city of nearly three million people.

The “record heat” in southwest Africa is based on one tampered station, located next to a giant piece of asphalt in the middle of a rapidly growing city.

Luanda city has the highest rate of population growth in Africa, a local study shows.  According to the study presented by the Sweden embassy in Angola, Luanda is set to have 9 million inhabitants by 2030.

Many surveys have named the city as the world’s most expensive. One the negative side, Luanda is ranked among the 25 dirtiest cities in the world.

Instead of reducing recent temperatures to compensate for UHI, NASA cooled past temperatures. If Gavin set out to commit fraud, what would he do differently?

As I reported earlier, NOAA shows Angola as their hottest month ever in August.

Amazing, since NOAA doesn’t actually have any thermometer readings in Angola – which is almost twice the size of Texas.

The RSS TLT August anomaly for central Angola was 0.53, slightly above average and nowhere near a record.  There has been almost no trend in Angola temperatures since the start of records in 1978.

NOAA and NASA are defrauding the American people and the world with their junk science, which is used as the basis for policy.

Arctic sea ice extent is as high or higher than last year, 30% higher than 2012, and almost the same as 2013.

Meanwhile, experts say that Arctic sea ice is shrinking and near a record low.

Leading scientists also say that the Arctic is ice-free.
