A delighted President Clinton told reporters Tuesday that the new agreement with North Korea should result in a nuclear-free Korean peninsula.Coming into the White House press room, Clinton said that the agreement to give North Korea 2,000 megawatts of energy in exchange for dismantling its nuclear program is “good for the United States, good for our allies and good for the safety of the entire world.”
