   That’s like saying a farm used to employ 10 men in the 19thC and now only have 2 men because of using tractors and other labour saving devices.

     “Vitter then asked, “You think determining optimal population is a proper role of government?” To which Holdren replied, “No, Senator, I do not.”

     Holdren thinks that determination should be left to certain ‘expert’ scientists, who will then advise governments on policy.
