I ride my bike to the Shelburne Vineyard for a glass of wine every day or two. I frequently blog from their porch. They don’t have any bike racks because everyone else who goes there drives in a car.
All that a carbon tax would do would be hurt people, particularly themselves. What is going on in these people’s heads? At some point people have to start using their brain.
