Climate experts insist that sea ice is at a record low, and the ice is disappearing. Because they are paid to generate propaganda – not do science.

    Well here’s some new research:

“The prognosis for summer Arctic sea-ice loss over the next few decades is worse than it was 125,000 years ago during the last interglacial period, despite the fact temperatures were higher then”

    • RAH says:

The final paragraph of which says:
“The researchers concede their modeling and the ice core evidence contain inconsistencies that limit the predictive power of their findings. However, they term the paper an “important groundtruthing” exercise. They call for more detailed data and more sophisticated models that examine, in particular, “external forcings and related internal feedback mechanisms” to further improve results. ”

IOW we don’t stand behind our prediction because we don’t have the data to back it up!

Really griff ? “Boyz” magazine is more suited to you.

Maybe you can get Jimbo to lend you some.

We have seen these prognoses before.

      They are called Wadhams. !!

And this year there are LOTS of them !!

      Finkle…… far-left AGW bed-wetter.

u and him should share a mattress. !!

      Hey griff,

Did you know that this year there is a 14% INCREASE in 70% or more sea ice cover than last year.

That is amazing, especially considering the Jetstream warm blob that got stuck in the Arctic during the freeze period.

      Wouldn’t you agree !!

Maybe a realisation will stem your need for nappy-wetting ?

      or not !!

Walt Meier at NASA says the Arctic was ice-free 7,000 years ago, but that was probably more than 125,000 years ago.

      • AndyG55 says:

There is quite a lot of biodata evidence that points to the Arctic being essentially summer ice free from a large part of the first 6000 – 7000 years of the Holocene.

The ONLY period where the extent has been higher than now, has been during the Little Ice Age, and the short periods before and after.

Iceland sea ice records show that the late 1970 levels were probably up there with those of that cold and bitter LIA period.

“but that was probably more than 125,000 years ago”

Did you mean during the Eemian. ;-)

“Current forecast is that the Arctic will be ice-free on November 2, 2018 at 3;59 PM” ???

That is impossible, no one but no one could be that [ STUPID ]

Even their “King” could “not” make that prediction !

Because He (it) does not know that !!!
