    Lord Ahmed!

“A Pakistani newspaper, The Express Tribune, alleged that Ahmed said “If the US can announce a reward of $10 million for the captor of Hafiz Saeed, I can announce a bounty of 10 million pounds on President Obama and his predecessor George Bush”, at a business meeting in Haripur, Pakistan, on 15 April 2012.”

“Nazi Ahmed, Baron Ahmed (born 24 April 1957) is a member of the House of Lords, and was appointed by Tony Blair in 1998. Along with Lord Waheed Alli and Baroness Pola Uddin, Ahmed become one of the three first Muslim peers in the United Kingdom.”

Good grief! Just 16 days in jail, and a suspended 12 week sentence, for for negligent vehicular homicide? Are you kidding?? In the USA, he’d have gotten years, not days or weeks.

Teddy kill a girl in Mass. and walked away scot free.

  4. daveburton says:

Hmmmm… accounts vary. Other reports say that the victim was not in his car, but was trying to cross the road, when hit by Ahmed. Also, Ahmed claims that he was texting two minutes before the crash, rather than at the time of the crash, which is possible, but unprovable.

What sort of justice did you expect in the “classless” UK – as always it’s who you know.
