Obama’s budget is 30% ($1 trillion) larger than the biggest budget prior to his Presidency, but he has no money for White House tours.
For more than a century, the White House Easter Egg Roll has been insulated from the sort of partisan sniping that now dominates Washington politics.
That tradition ended Monday, when Republicans started complaining about a notice that the event could be canceled due to a potential government shutdown. The Obama administration has already come under GOP criticism for canceling White House tours due to the mandatory, across-the-board cuts known as sequestration.

Actually, I am very much Catholic, but could not give a rat’s ass if the White House doesn’t have the freggin Egg Roll. Its all about the f*cking bunny and “Easter Eggs.” Stupid bloody commercialization of a true holy day. Like Christmas and f*cking Santa Claus or the bloody Tree. My family even celebrates using those things, but I can’t stand them. Its all good being happy and joyful on those days… thats the way it is supposed to be… but to commercialize them for profit, makes me very mad. Long story short, cut the Egg Roll and instead go to church.

The Easter Egg Roll was a fun event with a long tradition. One past year, before AGW created by heteronormative, pro-capitalist white males destroyed our climate, it was done in the snow.
