In January, the northern high latitude stratosphere warmed up very suddenly. This led to cold, snowy weather we have been seeing.

Instead of making up a bunch of bullshit about non-missing Arctic ice, in order to protect their theory and funding – the climate science community could have chosen to do some actual science and try to understand why this happened.

What was solar activity at that time? What does the MSU/AMSU Channel image look like now?
High-altitude (stratospheric, in fact), warm winds from the south delivering heat to the pole (why mostly to the arctic, though?), and “something” (harrumph, harrumph) blocking the heat’s return to the south in low-altitude winds–leaving low-latitudes too cold as pictured above. Sounds like Maxwell’s demons to me. Or the jet streams are taking over the world (well, every clown down here wants to do that, so why not them?).
