Maximum temperatures from August 1 to August 15 averaged seventh coolest on record in the US, down eight degrees since 1936. Note that 2004 and 2013 were also in the bottom seven. All of the ten hottest years were below 350 PPM CO2.

Last year, experts announced that the Arctic would be ice-free in 2017.

During the winter, they announced that the ice was melting at -30C, and had shrunk to a record low.

Cold air has set in over the Arctic, and there isn’t going to be much more melting this year. It looks like the area of ice in the Arctic will end up about the size of Texas, like it has been in all recent years.

Whatever climate scientists tell the press, it is safe to assume the exact opposite is happening.

New release with a ton of new stuff,

This release requires new versions of ghcn.py (Linux/Mac) or ghcn.exe,(Windows) and new files US_final.tmax.txt and US_raw.tmax.txt . You will need all of the files in this directory on Google Drive. I’ve updated US.txt in file US.zip in that directory, to the latest GHCN data. US.txt needs to be unzipped and placed in the same directory on your computer as the other files.

The most obvious change is the addition of USHCN monthly data – the original version only had daily. What the new release gives you is the ability to see how NOAA tampers with the monthly data.

You can see how they “hide the 1940 blip.”  The plot below was generated with the command line :

For serious users, UNHIDING also dumps out a .csv file in the same directory which gives you access to lots more stats.

The summer of 2011 was one of the hottest summers on record in Texas and Oklahoma. The average maximum temperature was 100F, compared to 99.3F in 1934. It was an outlier, as Texas/Oklahoma summer temperatures have dropped sharply over the past 100 years.

2011 beat out 1934 for the largest percentage of 100 degree days.

However, 1934 easily beat out 2011 for the number of 110 degree days.

The decline in Texas summer heat doesn’t suit NOAA’s global warming agenda, so they altered the data in a spectacular hockey stick to cool the past by one degree and heat the present by almost that much.

Documenting other people’s hate speech is now considered hate speech.

August 21 used to be a hot day in the US, but maximum temperatures have declined since the 19th century.

On August 21, 1936 twenty one percent of US stations were over 100F, compared to two percent last year (NASA’s hottest year ever™)

August 21, 1983 was the hottest day on record in North Carolina. Fayetteville was 110 degrees.

NOAA doesn’t like the fact that August afternoon temperatures in the US are declining, so they simply alter the data in a hockey stick to hide the decline.

During the summer of 1936, one maximum temperature measurement out five in the Midwest was over 100F, compared to one out of 800 this summer. One hundred degree days have become very rare in the Midwest since CO2 hit 350 PPM.

Make sure and watch before Google decides it is hate speech. I practiced for days to learning how to do this. Filming the Sun isn’t easy.
