Regardless of the weather this winter, it is due to missing Arctic ice.
By dumbing down the population, climate scientists have loaded the dice to receive funding regardless of how stupid and inane their behavior is.
It looks like the Missing Arctic Ice has reached Barrow.

I’m not sure about this.
If “Global Warming” was simply a matter of fundamentalist superstition, then the Muslim world would be huge supporters of this – given that they are still very firmly rooted in the 6th century.
If it was simply a matter of dumbing down the population, then “Climate Scientists” aren’t up to the task on their own. Based on their work products to date, you would have to say that most of them aren’t smart enough to negotiate their way through a revolving door – let alone to mount a campaign to brainwash the population at large (even though in most cases only a light rinse is required.)
No – the bankrupt Western governments bear the responsibility for this. They realise that if they could get an “Energy Tax” up and running, their financial problems would be solved and that they could keep on spend-spend-spending well into the future.
The Governments are the true villains in this – if they wanted to stop all this hysteria, they could do so in a matter of minutes – simply by winding down the grants and handouts to all the bad-hygiene so-called “scientists”. Clearly it is not in their interests to do so.
Politicians follow popular fads until the public get sick of them and move onto the next mania.
Occasionally politicians encourage “popular fads” to their own ends – National Socialism in Germany being one that springs to mind.
