Polar Meltdown Quiz

If the poles are melting down at an unprecedented rate, why has polar sea ice area been above normal for the last three weeks?

    According to Dr Karl’s twitter account (Australian ABC science talking head) the reason that there is more ice around Antarctica is that there is less ice on Antarctica.
