The 1999 version of GISS global station data, showed that there was no long term warming prior to the 1977 PDO shift, and that all global warming occurred between 1976 and 1998.

Massive El Nino’s in 1983 and 1997 had a nice impact but the other circulatory forces/phases (AMO, PDO, AO, Indian Ocean Dipole, Antarctic Stream, NAO) also went through changes that the disciples haven’t figured out yet.
They also haven’t figured out the filtering mechanisms and structure changes that propagate through the spheres (multi-layered Ionosphere, mesosphere, stratosphere and 7 layers of troposphere), nor have they figured out the phasing, pressures, temperatures, tides and particle movement within the thermosphere as a whole…
Since their models are missing any resemblance of physical and electromagnetic interactions throughout the spheres (the entire Magnetosphere), folks need to tell them that it is in their best interest to STFU!
Right… that’s why the polar ice cap is disappearing and glaciers throughout the world are melting away… among many other obvious signs of undeniable warming.

You statement shows an appalling lack of knowledge in reality. Maybe you should look at more educational sites like this one. Read and inwardly contemplate the facts presented and understand that the CAGW is a myth. Or as a couple of people have recently said –

For this reason empirical evidence is absolutely essential. The warming of the climate system since the end of the 19th century has been very modest by some ¾°C in spite of the simultaneous increase in greenhouse gas forcing by 2.5-3 W/m2. I am concern that this as well as the lack of ocean surface warming in some 17 years has not been properly recognized by IPCC. Nor have the cooling and increase in sea ice around Antarctica been properly recognized. Climate science must be focused to understand such matters much better and for this reason it is appropriate to have an open mind and not follow the IPCC as believers of a religious faith.
Or that New Zealand geoscientist, Dr David Kear, past President of the New Zealand Geological Society and has over 100 publications on New Zealand and Pacific geology, vulcanology and mineral resources. He has just released a detailed statement about why the threat of rising sea-levels has been blown out of all proportions, and said –
“An innocent gas, CO2, has been demonized and criminalize”.
“The widespread obsession with Global-Warming-Climate-Change, in opposition to all factual evidence, is quite incredible.”
Global sea ice area is well above normal, and has been for most of the last two years.
