NCDC has since cooled down the entire period. Red below shows current NCDC, on top of their 1991 version in black.
Well, back then they probably used a different value for the F->C conversion. I mean, they obviously hadn’t learned how to read a thermometer. It’s all perfectly reasonable because of a peer-reviewed article I read about walrus penises.
May I have some grant monies now?
