Thank you, Omnologos, All Wise One. You perfectly capture the insanity of the past few decades. You did miss the point we all can agree with: Climate changes, always has. Weather changes, too. Where I live we had a couple of days recently where it didn’t get above freezing until noon; today the high will be high 70’s F. We have 30 to 40 degree F. swings. This is snowbird country, Mexican borderlands.
Ah yes. Warm summers signal climate change. Warm winters too. Cold winters are just a fluke. Your can see global warming from your window but you can not see Russia from Alaska. Scientists have an inalienable eight to keep their correspondence secret, unless they’ve expressed any doubt

The memo read we should stop making fun of people who conflate climate and weather since we changed our story from AGW to ACC. and tag every weather event as evidence of Anthropogenic Global war…ah Climate change.

Will Senator Ted Cruz accept the EPA’s authority on matters of constitutional law?
The EPA has no legitimate authority over the congress. The EPA is a creation of congress, and has no power other than what congress gives it. As a delegated power, congress has every right to take it back from the executive branch, without executive approval. Nowhere in the constitution does it say that today’s congress can remove enumerated powers from tomorrows congress. If someone wants to argue (as I would) that said power is NOT enumerated, that only reinforces my contention that the EPA has no authority. Whether or not it’s proper for congress to delegate powers, it plainly can’t delegate powers it doesn’t have.
McCarthy, who is in Paris hammering out a treaty to limit carbon dioxide emissions, spoke with the Associated Press (AP), and reiterated Obama’s Clean Power Plan is alive, well, and lawsuit-proof.

These days one must appreciate a chap getting to the point like Mr. Charlie Anthrope. Other climate watchers let you guess if they are a mister or a really ugly misses or somewhere inbetween but he tells ya. He also shows his love of science right in his handle and that counts for something. Besides, he wrote that he used to have two dicks but laughed one of them off. Because God’s dead and stuff.
