The Paris agreement is based on fraudulent temperature graphs, like this one from CRU which shows more than 1C warming in the Northern Hemisphere over the last century.
Compare that to this National Geographic graph from 1976, based on National Academy of Sciences and NOAA temperatures. It showed no net warming from 1890 to 1976, and a sharp decline after 1940 “halfway back to the chill of the Little Ice Age”
The next graph overlays the two at the same scale. Note how the right side of the graph lines up very well, but government climate criminals posing as scientists knocked half a degree off pre-1960 temperatures, and erased the post-1940 cooling.
Phil Jones is in charge of this data at CRU, and Climategate E-mails show that he and other government climate scientists conspired to remove “the 1940’s blip”

As for the rule of law, yes, it is no longer in effect. For example, there are major statements from various politicians now that anyone on the “No Fly List” will lose their 2nd Amendment Rights. What do you have to do to be on the “No Fly List”? No one quite knows. How do you check to see if you are on it? No one quite knows. How do you get off? No one quite knows. Who can put you on it? No one quite knows. Is there any sort of charges or trail? Ah, at last a question that we can answer. NO. You don’t have to break any laws, and you do not have a chance to defend yourself. Basically, someone somewhere says you are dangerous and your supposed rights disappear.

IPCC AR5 Figure 6.1 displays the global carbon stores and fluxes before, during, and after 1750 through 2011, the increase following the Keeling hockey blade. The amount of anthropogenic carbon added between 1750 and 2011 is twice the Keeling curve increase. How embarrassing. So exactly 57%, not 50% or 60%, is sequestered by never before existing sinking processes in the ocean and vegetation to exactly create and match the 43% net anthropogenic sources. This is akin to the mobster who hides his proceeds from gambling, drugs, and prostitution in used car lots, horse racing, and spas.
Why waste time and effort disputing ice caps, sea ice, sea levels, extreme weather, S-B back radiation, and thermodynamics when CAGW falls apart on its indefensible mass and heat balances?

COP21 won’t save the planet, we are all doomed, and the poley bear delegates are beside themselves with grief.

I did not post a link to the manuscript, “Solar energy,” out of respect for our host.
That manuscript, and a brief summary of unreported events at Konan, Korea that changed the course of world history in AUG-SEPT 1945, “Stalin’s Science” – were both posted on ResearchGate and read by thousands of other scientists before my account on ResearchGate was locked when the UN’s COP-21 Conference strated in Paris.
But “the cat was out of the bag” and world leaders realized that they might be held accountable.
Omanuel it was obviously formulated to have not teeth other than the additional worthless bureaucracy it creates which the citizens will have to pay for. How can anything that bases it’s goals on naturally variable temperatures mean anything or be considered to have anything to do with science?
