I think you are a reasonable bloke most of the time, but why the prejudice against M.U? I’ve watched the video of the incident, and at was accidental; Nani maybe should have got yellow. It distorted the game, and even Mourinho said the best team lost. I was born in Manchester, and my brother supported M.U. before the Munich distaster. I’m younger and started later; the first match I saw was 31st Dec 1966, a goalless draw against Leeds. The game wasn’t great but the atmosphere was out of this world. Go to OT and try it, though it will cost you more than it did in my day; I passed as a junior, <14, and got in for around what would be 25 cents now.
LOL RM had 65% possession, and they scored all three goals.
